Figur 1 zeigt einen Zylinder 1, beispielsweise einen Form- oder übertragungszylinder einer Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine, der einen auswechselbaren Mantel 2 trägt. Die Zapfen 3; 4 des Zylinders 1 sind in den Maschinenseitenwänden 5; 6 gelagert. Dabei wird das Lager des Zapfens 4 in einem nicht dargestellten Wandstück beherbergt, das entfernbar ist und so eine Öffnung 7 in der Maschinenseitenwand 6 freigibt. Der Zapfen 3 wird in einem Lager 8 aufgenommen. An sein aus der Maschinenseitenwand 5 herausragendes Ende ist eine Rolle 9 anstellbar, die senkrecht über dem Zapfen 3 an einem im Gestell gelagerten Hebel 10 angeordnet ist. An letzterem greift ein schwenkbar im Gestell gelagerter Arbeitszylinder 11 an. Die Rolle ist aus zwei Kegelrollen 12; 13 zusammengesetzt (Fig. 3), die beidseits des Hebels 10 auf einem Bundbolzen 14 angeordnet sind. Der Hebel 10 ist in einer an der Maschinenseitenwand 5 befestigten Gabel 15 gelagert. Er enthält zu seiner Längenverstellung ein Gewindestück 16 mit Rechts- und Linksgewinde (Fig. 2). Eine weitere, der Rolle 9 gleichende Rolle 17 ist innerhalb der Maschinenseitenwand 5 unter dem Zapfen 3 angeordnet. Hierdurch wird der Zylinder 1 einseitig in seiner im Druckbetrieb eingenommenen Lage gehalten. Diese Position kann durch die Veränderung der Stellung der Rollen 9 und 17 in der Horizontalen und Vertikalen justiert werden. Vertikal kann die Rolle 9 durch Verlängern oder Verkürzen des Hebels 10 durch Verdrehen des Gewindestückes 16 verstellt werden. Die Justierung in der Horizontalen kann durch die Veränderung der Lage der Kegelrollen 12 und 13 bezüglich des Hebels 10 durch Beilegen von Paßscheiben erfolgen. Eine Justierung zur Erreichung der senkrechten Stellung des Hebels 10 auf dem Zapfen 3 ist durch Änderung der Schwenkstellung des Hebels 10 durch Veranderung der Einschraubtiefe der Kolbenstange 20 des Arbeitszylinders 11 in den Gabelkopf 21 möglich. Die Verstellung der Lage der Rolle 17 und des Hebels 18 erfolgt in analoger Weise. Claims (6)
