Description
- du type dans lequel on engage les plis entre deux cylindres métalliques gravés pourvus de protubérances, entraínés en rotation de manière synchronisée et s'imbriquant mutuellement avec un jeu J entre les sommets des protubérances d'un cylindre métallique et la surface en vis-à-vis du fond de la gravure de l'autre cylindre,
- du type dans lequel chaque pli est, préalablement à son engagement entre les deux cylindres gravés, conformé à la surface de celui des cylindres gravés qui lui est associé en appliquant le pli sur ce dernier au moyen d'un cylindre presseur associé à revêtement souple, notamment en matériau élastomère ou en caoutchouc,
- du type dans lequel on applique une substance adhésive sur les zones en relief d'au moins un pli préalablement à l'engagement des plis entre les cylindres gravés,
- la figure 1 représente en coupe transversale une structure absorbante à deux plis ;
- la figure 2 est un schéma illustrant la conception d'une installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de fabrication conforme aux enseignements de l'invention ;
- la figure 3 est une vue schématique en coupe selon la ligne 3-3 de la figure ; et

E1 et E2 sont les épaisseurs des plis P1 et P2 dans la zone d'imbrication, c'est-à-dire des plis P1 et P2 préalablement gaufrés avant leur engagement simultané entre les cylindres CG1 et CG2, du fait de leur passage préalable dans les deux unités de gaufrage.
Sur ce diagramme, on a indiqué en ordonnée la capacité d'absorption d'une structure absorbante mesurée selon la norme AFNOR NFQ 03068 et qui est exprimée en cm3/g.
Claims (4)
- Procédé de réalisation d'une feuille absorbante (10) à au moins deux plis (P1, P2), constitués chacun d'au moins une feuille gaufrée de papier absorbant crêpé,du type dans lequel on engage les plis (P1, P2) entre deux cylindres métalliques gravés (CG1, CG2) pourvus de protubérances (R1, R2), entraínés en rotation de manière synchronisée et un jeu (J) étant ménagé entre les sommets des protubérances (R1, R2) d'un cylindre métallique (CG1, CG2) et la surface en vis-à-vis du fond (F2, F1) de la gravure de l'autre cylindre (CG2, CG1),du type dans lequel chaque pli (P1, P2) est, préalablement à son engagement entre les deux cylindres gravés (CG1, CG2), conformé totalement ou partiellement à la surface de celui des cylindres gravés qui lui est associé en appliquant le pli (P1, P2) sur ce dernier (CG1, CG2) au moyen d'un cylindre presseur (CP1, CP2) associé à revêtement souple, notamment en matériau élastomère ou en caoutchouc,du type dans lequel on applique une substance adhésive (A) sur les zones en relief (B2) d'au moins un pli (P2) préalablement à l'engagement des plis (P1, P2) entre les cylindres gravés (CG1, CG2),et du type dans lequel les deux plis (P1, P2) sont associés par collage, postérieurement à l'engagement des plis entre les cylindres gravés (CG1; CG2), en appliquant les deux plis imbriqués (P1, P2) sur l'un (CG2) des deux cylindres gravés au moyen d'un cylindre marieur (CM) à revêtement souple, notamment en matériau élastomère ou en caoutchouc, ledit jeu (J) étant supérieur à la somme des épaisseurs (El, E2) des plis (P1, P2) préalablement conformés, caractérisé en ce que ledit jeu J est inférieur à la profondeur de la gravure des cylindres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique la substance adhésive (A) sur les zones en relief de l'un des deux plis (P1, P2) préalablement à l'engagement des plis entre les cylindres gravés.
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 ou 2, du type comportant deux cylindres métalliques gravés (CG1; CG2) pourvus de protubérances (R1, R2), entraínés en rotation de manière synchronisée avec un jeu (J) entre les sommets des protubérances (R1, R2) d'un cylindre métallique et la surface en vis-à-vis du fond (F2, F1) de la gravure de l'autre cylindre supérieur à la somme des épaisseurs (E1, E2) des plis préalablement gaufrés, caractérisé en ce que le jeu J est inférieur à la profondeur de la gravure des cylindres.
- Structure absorbante (10) à au moins deux plis (P1, P2), constitués chacun d'au moins une feuille gaufrée de papier absorbant crêpé, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée selon un procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, et en ce que sa capacité d'absorption, mesurée selon la norme AFNOR NFQ 03068, est comprise entre 11 et, 14 cm3/g lorsqu'elle est réalisée à partir de deux feuilles de papier absorbant crêpé possédant chacune une capacité d'absorption comprise entre 4 et 6 cm3/g.
