Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Abgeben dosierter Mengen von Kleineiskörpern (36), umfassendein wärmeisoliertes Gehäuse (10),einen Vorratsbehälter (11) für die undosierten Kleineiskörper (36),einen Schneckenförderer (12),-- dessen unteres Ende (13) im Vorratsbehälter (11) steht und-- dessen oberes Ende (14) eine Auslaßöffnung (15) für die Kleineiskörper (36) besitzt,eine rinnenartige Rutsche (17) unter der Auslaßöffnung (15),eine elektromagnetisch betätigte Klappe (18) an der Rutsche (17) undeine Abgabeöffnung (19) für die dosierten Kleineiskörper (36),
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Rutsche (17) mündet in eine Wiegeeinrichtung (20), bestehend aus-- einer Wiegezelle (21),-- einer Waagschale (23) mit einer zu öffnenden Bodenklappe (24)-- und einer Aufhängung (22), die die Waagschale (23) mit der Wiegezelle (21) verbindet,die Klappe (18)-- sitzt am Ende der Rutsche (17),-- ist konkav-zylindrisch gewölbt,-- besitzt eine waagerechte Achse-- und einen schnellen Antrieb. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:das Gehäuse (35) des Schneckenförderers (12) ist wärmeisoliert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:der Durchmesser des Gehäuses (35) des Schneckenförderers (12) ist in der Höhe der Auslaßöffnung (15) erweitert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:am oberen Ende (14) des Schneckenförderers (12) ist ein Brechkegel (16) angeordnet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:der Antriebsmotor (34) für den Schneckenförderer (12) ist an dessen oberem Ende (14) angeordnet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:es ist eine Gewichtseingabevorrichtung (31) vorgesehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:der Abgabeöffnung (19) ist eine Beutelherstell- und -verschließvorrichtung zugeordnet.
