Claims (11)
- Rotationszerstäuber für das Auftragen von Anstrichstoffen mittels elektrostatischer Innen- oder Außenaufladung mit einer Sprühglocke (14) mit einer stirnseitigen Abrißkante (29), mit einem in einem Gehäuse (20) angeordneten Antriebsmotor betrieben, welches Gehäuse (20) Versorgungsleitungen für die Zufuhr von Anstrichstoff, Reinigungsfluid und Druckluft sowie wenigstens einen Hochspannungsanschluß aufnimmt, und mit wenigstens einer zum axialen Sprühen vorgesehenen Sprühdüse (24) für Reinigungsfluid, die an der glockenseitigen Stirnseite des Gehäuses (20) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radiale Position der wenigstens einen Sprühdüse (24) einer Nutöffnung einer in die dem Gehäuse (20) zugewandten rückseitigen Stirnseite der Sprühglocke (14) eingeformten Ringnut (26) gegenüberliegt, wobei die wenigstens eine Sprühdüse (24) mit der Ringnut (26) zusammenarbeitet, über welche Ringnut (26) das Reinigungsfluid an die Glockenaußenfläche (28) gelangt und dort befindliche Verunreinigungen ablöst und beseitigt, und daß die Ringnut (26) mit wenigstens einer radialen Ausnehmung (30) versehen ist, durch welche das in die Ringnut (26) eingebrachte Reinigungsfluid an die Glockenaußenfläche (28) gelangt.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringnut (26) über wenigstens eine am Nutgrund angeordnete radiale Bohrung (30) mit der Glockenaußenfläche (28) strömungsmäßig verbunden ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sechs als Bohrungen oder als Schlitze ausgebildete radiale Ausnehmungen (30) den Ringkanal (26) mit der Glockenaußenfläche (28) strömungsmäßig verbinden.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringnut (26) parallel zur Glockenaußenfläche (28) in die Glockenrückseite eingeformt ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Spritzdüse (24) für das Reinigungsfluid und der Rückseite der Sprühglocke (14) höchstens 2 mm beträgt.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spritzdüse (24) für das Reinigungsfluid in die Ringnut (26) eintaucht.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus der Spritzdüse (24) austretende Menge an Reinigungsfluid komplett in die Ringnut (26) einströmt.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus der Ringnut (26) durch die wenigstens eine radiale Ausnehmung (30) nach außen gelangende Reinigungsfluid sich filmartig auf der Glockenaußenfläche (28) ausbreitet.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf der Glockenaußenfläche (28) befindliche Reinigungsfluid mitsamt aufgenommener Verunreinigungen an die Abrißkante (29) strömt und dort fliehkraftbedingt die Sprühglocke (14) verläßt.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringnut (26) konische Nutflanken aufweist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringnut (26) unter einem Winkel zwischen 10° und 30°, vorzugsweise 20°, gegenüber der Mittelachse der Sprühglocke (14) geneigt in die Glockenrückseite eingeformt ist.
