A fitment according to claim 5 characterised in that the spindle (20) bears with its actuating lever (21) on an outside of the support member (13) and is provided at its other end with a slotted head (27) whose thickened portions (28), after passing through the corresponding elongate hole (25), bear on the outside of the support member (13).
  7. A fitment according to one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that the support member (13) is made from a resilient plastic material.
  8. A fitment according to one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that the spindle (20) together with the actuating lever (21) is made from a resilient plastic material.
  9. A fitment according to one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that disposed in the contact and pivotal region of the lever (21) on the support member (13) are retaining projections or retaining openings (29) which co-operate with a retaining opening of corresponding configuration or a retaining projection of corresponding configuration on the lever (21).
