Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a large-capacity vehicle, such as a bus, with a Ceiling cladding.
Buses or the like. Large vehicles usually have one or more less decorative ceiling covering. For the ceiling cladding used to be rigid and heavy materials such as laminate used. In addition there were stiffeners through aluminum profiles required, as well as edging and joint profiles.
The invention has for its object a large vehicle with a To create ceiling paneling, the ceiling paneling thereby should distinguish that when using particularly light materials and despite large-scale training a high stability and an improved vibration and Deflection behavior and also allows tolerance compensation.
This object is achieved in that the ceiling cladding consists of an at least two-layer plastic plate, of which one layer has a multiplicity of cup-shaped protuberances closed on one side and the other layer is smooth and the Layers are bonded together so that the smooth Layer lies on the bottoms of the pot-shaped protuberances, the Plastic plate with spaced apart and parallel to each other running predetermined kinks and by kinks along the Target kinks alternate with channels open upwards and downwards is formed and wherein on the plastic plate at least on one side the stiffening plate closing the channels open upwards or downwards is glued on.
The at least two-layer plastic plate is a relatively light and yet stiff structure with high strength. The plastic plate can in particular consist of low pressure polyethylene and polypropylene, so that the Desired kinks can be easily created using the thermal process. The Stiffening plate forms a stabilizing element running over the entire surface and also forms channels that serve as air channels or for housing of supply lines can serve. Also is by default Kinks are given a simplified assembly.
A particularly high stability and further improved vibration and and deflection behavior can be achieved in that the plastic plate is three-layered with a middle layer that has a variety of pot-shaped protuberances closed on one side.
Advantageously, it can also be provided that the stiffening plate one of the two or three-layer plastic plate corresponding training having. For high-capacity vehicles of high equipment class can be provided in a development of the invention that on the top the plastic plate the stiffening plate and on the underside of the plastic plate a decorative material web is arranged. The decorative material web can be made of nonwovens, felt or z. B. also from a thermofoam molded part, also textile-laminated.
To simplify the assembly of the ceiling cladding, the is over expediently covering the entire length of the vehicle divided into individual elements, with each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction lined up individual elements each across the entire vehicle width extend. This can be at the joints of the individual elements overlapping bends and connecting means, such as Velcro provided be.
Another embodiment of the invention may consist in that the Ceiling covering at the transition areas from the vehicle ceiling to the vehicle side walls each angled downwards Longitudinal edge area with free bracing on the vehicle side walls Have edges. This allows in the transition areas from the air ducts near the window to the vehicle side walls train directly on the ceiling cladding, by means of an appropriate one Arrangement of the predetermined breaking points provided according to the invention. The angled longitudinal edge areas can have a large number of openings have in the manner of a row of holes and thus in a particularly simple Ensure permanent ventilation of the open-top vehicle.
The ceiling cladding can be supported by edge profiles on the vehicle body and also in the manner of a Velcro fastener on the longitudinal beams of the vehicle body.
In the case of special requirements, it can be recommended that the ceiling paneling completely or partially an insulating material layer arranged on the back wearing.
Regel drei oder fünf mm.Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a

eingreift.
Fig. 3 shows an
Belüftung in Verbindung stehen. Die Luftaustrittsöffnungen 23 sind nach Art
einer Lochreihe, wie in Fig. 6 gezeigt, angeordnet. Neben den Luftkanälen
