Abstract
Description
CH-A-642 316).The invention relates to pressing devices according to the Preamble of claim 1 (see e.g. CH-A-642 316).
When making different cans, one around the Can axis extending can wall and at least one at least partially include transverse to the can axis separating element, a first contact surface of the Can wall with a second contact surface that can be applied to the first the separating element brought into tight connection. The separating element can be used as a base, cover or sealing membrane educated.
In the case of cans, it is known to have a base and / or lid or at least Subareas of the first and / or second contact surfaces with Sealing wax to provide by pressing the Contact areas and the application of heat create a tight connection to be able to achieve. To achieve a good press effect For example, pressing devices are used in which the - especially ring-shaped - contact surfaces between inner and outer conical ring parts are introduced while then the ring parts by an axial movement be moved against each other. Through the conical press surfaces the connection is also conical, which is the case with many Cans is not desired.
To also essentially cylindrical connection areas or Achieving interconnected contact areas must at least a pressing surface can be radially adjustable so that this after insertion of the contact surfaces can be pressed against them. For this purpose, collets with axial lamellae are used open state for receiving the cylindrical contact surfaces somewhat conical to the outside or to the inside. The lamellas are pressed together a little by a clamping part, or pressed on. In the areas of the column between the lamellae are not pressed, so that the cannulas pass through the Contact area can remain open. The cannulas are undesirable, axially aligned passage channels between the contact areas.
In a further solution according to the prior art about a cylindrical piece of pipe with a circular cross section along square sides with axially parallel cut surfaces separated, the corners of the square in or lie outside the wall of the pipe piece and the cut surfaces each in a central area through the interior of the Guide pipe piece. This creates four outer and four inner, essentially triangular, pressed parts with one each Part of the cylindrical press surface. They are used for pressing outer pressed parts, and the inner parts taken with them Pressed parts, collided. Because the sliding surfaces between the outer and the inner pressed parts across to pressing contact surfaces run, the acute-angled Ends of the pressing surfaces of the inner pressed parts for injuries or wrinkles in the pressed contact surfaces. Around To keep errors as small as possible, the pressure must be as low as possible done exactly with the radius of the pipe section, which is due tolerances of the can parts is often not possible.
When pressing from the inside, at least one pressed part, preferably but must have several pressed parts, with a convex pressing surface from a feed position with a smaller press surface circumference to one Press position can be moved with a larger circumference. The size of usable dividing discs and / or elastic rings is on the smaller extent in the feed position in which the can parts can be fed to the pressing device, adapted. In the press position the pressing surface of the pressed parts does not extend along of the entire larger scope, so that at least one Connect free space to the contact surface to be pressed. In the area the free spaces are not pressed, which leads to a leak Connection, especially leads to cannula formation.
When eating from the outside, at least one pressed part, preferably but must have several pressed parts with a concave pressing surface from a feed position with a larger press area in a press layer with a smaller circumference can be moved. The of Parts that can be moved outside into the press position can be dimensioned in this way be that when they come into contact with each other, form a closed circumference. When colliding, especially in the final phase, in which the interruptions disappear between the press surfaces, the pressed tends Can material to be pinched in the interruptions become. To achieve the closed press surface, the Press parts always in the same end position when pressing brought, what with variations in the can material thickness, or the can cross-section is not always guaranteed.
The object of the invention is now a pressing device to create the ring-shaped, tight connection a can wall with a separating element is suitable and Prevention of cannulae or injuries. The Press device is intended for cans from all known can materials be usable and with the corresponding one Forming the formation of cylindrical, conical or also any other closed or annular connection areas enable. The press surfaces should be convex or can be concave, so that the pressing of Can inside and / or from the outside of the can be done.

The press device includes a press surface that is made up of at least two partial areas of at least two pressed parts put together. The partial areas each extend along one Part of a circumference in a plane that is essentially is perpendicular to the main or can axis. To along the to achieve an uninterrupted pressing over the entire circumference and even if the pressed parts are due to the pressing position of can tolerances some of the optimal mutual arrangement deviate, are those that are adjacent to each other in the axial direction Subareas arranged so that along the entire At least one partial area is always provided circumferentially is. The circumferential direction between partial surfaces of a circumferential line emerging break areas are opposite the break areas of another circumferential line in the circumferential direction postponed. The partial areas can be in the axial direction be arranged in layers, at least two, preferably but three layers are provided. The adjoining ones Partial areas of different layers are optionally formed by parts abutting one another in the axial direction. However, they are preferably from both sides in the circumferential direction step-shaped bordered press surfaces of the pressed parts, the steps of the adjoining one another in the circumferential direction Press parts fit into each other.
The pressed parts are preferably part-disc or part-ring-shaped trained and are relative to the main axis with their central area mounted radially movable. At the radial movement between the feed and the press position The degree of overlap of the pressed parts varies by interlocking matching steps or layers of the pressed parts more or intervene less. For convex, for pressing from the inside, the press area is the overlap in the Maximum feed position and minimal in the press position. Corresponding is for concave, intended for external pressing, Press areas the maximum overlap in the feed position and in the press position minimal. The guaranteed overlap ensures that when pressing from the inside there are no free press surfaces Passage areas are created and none when pressing from the outside Damage or jamming of can material across the whole contact area is possible.
To achieve a good interaction of the sub-areas, is the outer radius of the convex pressed parts may be little smaller than - but in particular essentially the same size how - the radius of the contact surface to be pressed. Corresponding gives way to the press area formed from the partial areas in the overlap area if necessary a little inwards from the circular shape ab, but is essentially in the press position circular. For connection areas that are not circular Have cross sections in the press position is essentially the respective cross-section achieved. The same applies to pressed parts concave pressing surface equal to the inner radius of the pressed parts large or slightly larger than the radius of the press Contact area.
The longitudinal contour of the press surfaces in one plane through the The main axis is the desired longitudinal contour between the adjustable contact surfaces to be connected.
Kreiskegelteil, an dessen Aussen- bzw. A radial movement of the pressed parts has the advantage that the Change from the feed position to the press position due to an extreme small movement of the pressed parts is made possible, between the contact surface and the pressed parts in the circumferential direction in essentially no frictional movement occurs. Due to the little movement and little friction becomes actuation and especially only to reset the pressed parts small force needed. In the preferred embodiments the movement into the press position takes place due to the movement an actuator. The actuator is at Pressing from the inside preferably a displaceable in the axial direction Cone or circular cone part, on the outer or operating surface conical contact surfaces of the pressed parts. When pressing from the outside is preferred as the actuating surface uses a section of a circular cone inner surface, on which cone-shaped outer surfaces of the pressed parts as Contact surfaces. To achieve the desired movement are the pressed parts in particular in one straight guide aligned perpendicular to the main axis, and the actuator is substantially along the main axis is movable. When the actuator is moved in a first actuation direction, the pressed parts pressed against the can contact surfaces, in a second The pressing parts are preferably moved by spring elements resettable or pressable to the actuating element.
Im Bereich der Zuführlage liegen die Flächen im wesentlichen lediglich entlang einer geraden Mantellinie aneinander an.Because of the relative movement between the actuator and the pressed parts also shift each other in normal planes contour lines of the main axis lying opposite Actuating area and the connecting areas. About clamping effects between the adjacent parts are to be prevented the radii of the contour lines are chosen so that in the entire area between the feed and the press position the radius of the external line is always larger or the same size as the radius of the inside line. So that when pressing Power transmission is optimal, are preferably in the area of Press position essentially the same radii are assigned to one another, and accordingly the areas are essentially dense to each other. The areas are in the area of the feed position essentially only along a straight generatrix to each other.
When using press-fit clamping rings, the friction movement significantly higher, and there is also a risk out of round pressings. In addition, when using open Wrestling the only interruption essentially as big as the total of all interruptions between several if necessary provided pressed parts together. Even if at least two Press rings with mutually offset interruptions are provided the large interruptions can become unsightly connecting sections to lead.
The connection between the pressed contact surfaces is often caused by heating at least one on one Contact surface attached sealing layer achieved. Preferably the heat is supplied via the press surface. To do this, a good heat transfer from the pressing device to the contact surfaces or the pressing surfaces can be achieved. It has now shown that this is when using elastic rings cannot simply be guaranteed. An optimal heat flow is achieved with pressed parts in the form of ring parts. At least one heating element is preferably above one Thermally conductive body with a particularly normal to the main axis standing, large enough for the desired heat flow dimensioned, transfer area of the pressed part in Thermal contact. The heat flows in the press part without further contact transition directly to a partial area. It could if necessary, a heating element is connected to each pressed part become. However, a heating device is preferably provided, the one with a heating surface on the transfer surfaces of all Pressed parts connects, whereby the transfer surfaces at the movement of the pressed parts sliding along the heating surface move. To the press area each to the different Adjusting the box cross-sections is only necessary for the pressed parts be replaced, the heater remains on the Pressing device.
Press devices according to the invention can be in a wide variety Arrangements are used. Because of the optimal shaped and uninterrupted pressing surface can do the pressing at least in the case of sealed connections, usually without a counterpressing surface respectively. In the case of separating elements or can ends with contact surfaces, that lie on the inside or outside of the can jacket, pressing with a convex or concave pressing surface is sufficient from the inside or outside. The stability of the can wall is very high when pressing with a press surface of the same shape. The possibility of pressing without a counter pressing surface is a further advantage of the press device according to the invention and allows you to attach a can end, for example after attaching the other can end or one Separating membrane.

In der dargestellten Ausführungsform sind sechs Pressteile

drei Pressteile 30 gleich. In der Zusammenstellung schliessen
jeweils abwechselnd verschiedene Pressteile 30 aneinander an.
Die Pressflächen 30a der Pressteile 30 sind in Umfangsrichtung
