Claims (9)
- Schwingungserreger mit mindestens einer rotierend angetriebenen Unwuchteinheit, die eine hohlzylinderförmige Außenunwucht und eine koaxial darin gelagerte Innenunwucht aufweist, und eine Verstelleinrichtung mit einer Zahnradanordnung, die mit einem Zahnrad der Außenunwucht und einem Zahnrad der Innenunwucht zur Verstellung der Unwucht in Verbindung steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zu beiden Seiten der Verstelleinrichtung (5) jeweils mindestens eine Unwuchteinheit (20, 30) vorgesehen ist,daß die Verstelleinrichtung (5) zwei zueinander koaxial angeordnete und gegeneinander verdrehbar gelagerte Verstellzahnräder (6, 7) aufweist, unddaß eines der Verstellzahnräder (6) mit jeweils einem Zahnrad (12, 16) der angrenzenden Unwuchteinheiten (20, 30) in kämmender Verbindung steht, während das andere Verstellzahnrad (7) mit den jeweils anderen Zahnrädern (12, 16) der angrenzenden Unwuchteinheiten (20, 30) in kämmender Verbindung steht. - Schwingungserreger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zu beiden Seiten der Verstelleinrichtung (5) jeweils zwei Unwuchteinheiten (20, 40; 30, 50) vorgesehen sind, die miteinander in kämmender Verbindung stehen. - Schwingungserreger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß einerseits ein Verstellzahnrad (6) mit dem Zahnrad (16) der Außenunwucht (15) der einen Unwuchteinheit (20) in kämmender Verbindung steht, während andererseits dasselbe Verstellzahnrad (6) mit dem Zahnrad (12) der Innenunwucht (11) der anderen Unwuchteinheit (30) in kämmender Verbindung steht. - Schwingungserreger nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf einer Seite der Verstelleinrichtung (5) ausschließlich die Zahnräder (16) der Außenunwuchten (15) und ausschließlich die Zahnräder (12) der Innenunwuchten (11) miteinander in kämmender Verbindung stehen. - Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Achsen (2, 21, 31, 41, 51) der Verstelleinheit (5) und der Unwuchteinheiten (20, 30, 40, 50) zueinander achsparallel sind und in einer Ebene liegen. - Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Innenunwuchten (11) jeweils drehbar in einem Gehäuse (1) gelagert sind. - Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Außenunwucht (15) über eine Lagereinrichtung (18) an der Innenunwucht (11) gelagert ist. - Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Drehmoment von einem Antriebsmotor auf eine Unwuchteinheit (20, 30, 40, 50) übertragbar ist. - Schwingungserreger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Antriebsdrehmoment gleichzeitig auf alle Unwuchteinheiten (20, 30, 40, 50) übertragbar ist.
