Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutzeinrichtung für eine Lüftungsrohrleitung, insbesondere für den Ausblasstutzen eines Entlüftungsgeräts oder eine Wand- oder Deckenabsperrvorrichtung, wobei die Wandung eines Stutzens mit einer Brandschutzmasse (14) ausgekleidet ist, die bei erhöhter Temperatur aufschäumt. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Verschlußeinrichtung (18) vorgesehen, die im Nichtgebrauchsfall offen steht und parallel zur Achse des Stutzens angeordnet ist und über eine Auslösevorrichtung (22), die so konzipiert ist, daß sie bei einer vorgegebenen höheren Temperatur auslöst, die unterhalb der Aufschäumtemperatur der Brandschutzmasse (14) liegt wird bei dem Auslösevorgang die vorher in ihrer Offenstellung gehaltene Verschlußeinrichtung freigegeben und bewegt sich durch eine Schwenkbewegung selbsttätig in eine Schließstellung, in der sie den Querschnitt des Stutzens verschließt. Die Verschlußeinrichtung kann eine Verschlußklappe (18) z.B. aus Federblech sein oder aber auch ein gelenkig im Stutzen angeordnetes Teilsegment der Brandschutzmasse selbst, das beim Auslösen der Auslösevorrichtung in Richtung auf die Rohrachse des Stutzens kippt. The closure device can be a closure flap (18), for example made of spring sheet metal, or else a part segment of the fire protection compound itself which is articulated in the socket and which tilts in the direction of the pipe axis of the socket when the triggering device is triggered.
