Abstract

Cette invention, qui concerne un ou plusieurs d'acides nucléiques isolés obtenus par recombinaison, comprenant une séquence nucléotidique codant une protéase alcaline d'un poids moléculaire d'environ 34kD, que l'on peut obtenir à partir d'une souche de Bacillus sp., Groupe I, traite également de vecteurs de recombinaison et de cellules hôtes comportant ces produits de recombinaison. L'invention concerne, en outre, une technique de production de cette protéase. Elle concerne également des séquences promoteur et signal dérivées de ladite protéase alcaline ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisation de ces séquences pour l'expression de séquences nucléotidiques hétérologues codant des protéines hétérologues dans des bactéries.
