- la figure 1 est un schéma de principe de l'installation d'un coffret enterré au moyen d'un dispositif de couronnement conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective éclatée du dispositif de couronnement de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 1 pour un second mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de couronnement conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 4 est une coupe partielle de principe d'un dispositif de couronnement conforme à un troisième mode de réalisation de l'invention et
- la figure 5 est une vue en élévation du dispositif de la figure 4.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de couronnement pour coffret de branchement (1) enterré comprenant un cadre (5, 205) fixé dans le sol (S) et un couvercle (6, 206) mobile par rapport audit cadre, caractérisé en ce que ledit cadre (5, 205) est réalisé en matériau composite à base résine themrodurcissable chargée de fibres de renfort, ledit cadre (5, 205) étant constitué de deux demi-coques (54, 55, 254, 255) rigidement assemblées et comprenant chacune une section sensiblement tronconique (51, 151) et une collerette supérieure (52, 152, 252) en forme de L s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur apte à définir une surface d'appui (53, 153, 253) sur une assise rigide (10, 210), ladite partie sensiblement tronconique s'étendant substantiellement en dessous de ladite assise rigide.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit cadre (5, 205) et/ou ledit couvercle (6, 206) sont réalisés en résine polyester chargée en fibres de verre.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette supérieure (52, 152) présente une concavité tournée vers ledit couvercle (6), ladite collerette étant apte à recevoir le bord périphérique dudit couvercle.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette supérieure (252) présente une concavité tournée vers ladite assise rigide (210).
- Dispositif de couronnement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une nervure radiale externe (262) d'immobilisation apte à être logée dans ladite assise rigide (210) lors de la mise en place dudit dispositif de couronnement.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite nervure radiale externe d'immobilisation (262) est disposée à un niveau inférieur à celui de la surface (265) d'appui dudit couvercle (206) sur ledit cadre (205).
- Dispositif de couronnement selon d'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en que l'arête de raccordement desdites deux demi-coques (254, 255) entre elles présente un décrochement, une languette (275) d'une demi-coque pénètrant dans un logement (274) de l'autre demi-coque.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit cadre (5, 205) comprend des nervures (57, 257) de rigidification de ladite collerette supérieure (52, 252) s'étendant entre la surface externe de ladite section sensiblement tronconique (51) ou d'une partie cylindrique (56, 256) dudit cadre, d'une part, et ladite surface d'appui (53, 253), d'autre part.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface d'appui (53, 253), est sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe principal (XX') dudit dispositif et a une forme d'anneau.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface d'appui (153) a une forme de tronc de cône ouvert vers le haut.
- Dispositif de couronnement selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface d'appui (53, 153, 253) est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la partie principale (56, 151, 256) dudit cadre (5, 205) dans leur zone de raccordement.
