Description
Claims (5)
- Stabflammglühkerze mit einem Glührohr (5) mit Innenpol (7), wobei eine Wendelkombination von mindestens einer Regel- und Zündwendel (4,3,2) in Reihe in dem Glührohr (5) angeordnet ist, wobei die Zündwendel (3.2) in der Spitze des Glührohrs (5), dieses kontaktierend, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendelkombination im wesentlichen in einem rohrförmigen Bauteil (1) aus hitzebeständigem Material angeordnet ist und an dessen Innenfläche anliegt, wobei die Außenfläche des Bauteils (1) an der Innenfläche des Glührohrs (5) anliegt und wobei die Regelwendel (4) als 24-Volt-Wendel mit einem Drahtdurchmesser von etwa 0,35 mm und die Heizwendel als 24-Volt-Wendel mit einem Drahtdurchmesser von etwa 0,55 mm ausgebildet ist.
- Stabflammglühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendelkombination aus einer, mit dem Innenpol (7) verbundenen Vorwärmwendel (3.1) der mit dieser verbundenen Regelwendel (4) und der mit dieser und der Glührohrspitze (8) verbundenen Zündwendel (3.2) besteht.
- Stabflammglühkerze nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrförmige Bauteil (1) aus MgO, AlN oder einem anderen Keramikmaterial besteht, welches elektrisch isolierend ist.
- Stabflammglühkerze nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung (6) des Glührohrs (5) im Bereich des Eintritts des Innenpols (7) durch Silikon erfolgt.
- Stabflammglühkerze nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Raum im Glührohr 5 mit elektrisch isolierendem Material gefüllt ist.
