Definitions
- the invention relates to a container with a cap closable outlet cannula made of plastic, the cap on their inside - especially on their in the use position Mouth facing away from the edge of its closure side - one towards the inside outstanding, circumferential reduction in cross-section or diameter has a with the outside of the cannula in the closed position Seal forms.
- Such a container is already a tube from DE 94 08 612 U1 known.
- This container designed as a tube is included provided that the located on the inside of the cap Reduction in diameter to form a clamping seal elastic a little bit into the smooth outside of the outlet cannula to get one to form good adhesion.
- a such a connection based on friction may be overloaded be so that the cap can come loose, especially when the outlet cannula as in the known case one to her Has outlet opening conical taper. Through one unintentionally opening the container can be useless especially if this happens after a filling process. Then it will be his Environment dirty.
- the diameter reduction initially elastic in the closed position in the outside presses Since the outlet cannula according to the invention consists of a pressurized cold-flowing plastic is made, the plastic of this Point of indentation from both sides, also into the inside of the Cap "flow" and after a certain time a desired one create or form a permanent groove or ring groove at the point, where the diameter reduction is so that it is then later when reclosing them again and again by themselves formed ring groove can snap.
- the diameter reduction is a ring projection whose cross-section is towards the center of the cap or towards the inside of the cap tapered and the inner edge of the smallest diameter is designed in particular as an edge. This creates the first Place the cap on the outlet cannula on this edge correspondingly strong pressure that leads to the cold flow of the cannula material leads, so that such material also something in the cap itself flows and the desired undercut with the Reduction in diameter forms.
- One in the investment area if possible narrow diameter reduction due to the clamping force a correspondingly larger surface pressure at the contact point, which favors the desired cold flow.
- the ring projection forming the diameter reduction can be in the Cross section seen on both sides of the smallest circumference arranged edge oblique, possibly curved transition surfaces exhibit.
- these inclined surfaces result in the desired edge in the area of the smallest inside diameter of the Ring projection and on the other hand facilitate these inclined surfaces later both attaching and removing the cap, each of which is adjacent to the annular groove through which bulge formed by cold-flowing material is to be overcome.
- the there. the above cross section is through a cross sectional plane formed, which represents a diameter plane of the cap.
- the cannula or the like outlet of the container can through the ring-shaped diameter reduction elastic and by a certain temporal influence in the closed position to be plastically deformable.
- the diameter can be reduced first reach an area of the outlet cannula that without the elastic deformation, a larger outer dimension or has a larger outer diameter than that smallest inside diameter of the diameter or cross-section reduction corresponds to the cap. Due to the resulting pressure due to the restoring force of the elastically deformed cannula brought the material to a cold flow process, so that the elastic into plastic deformation when the cap acts long enough.
- the cap can also be a following the Have diameter reduction conical tapered interior, its Cross section in the position of use in this area of the Cap enclosed cannula surpasses. So the snap is Reduction in diameter or cross-section is not hindered and there is enough cold-flowing material inside the cap Space around a certain bulge while training one Constriction at the reduction in diameter or cross-section to build.
- the cross section of the outlet cannula and accordingly also of the cap can circular or possibly oval, elliptical or polygonal his.
- the "diameter reduction" is also with a corresponding circumferential contour formed, so in such Case to be seen more as a reduction in cross-section.
- the materials for the outlet cannula and the cap of great importance for the subsequent Form a locking connection in the closed position can be made of polypropylene or polyethylene and the Cap made of polystyrene or POM and the outlet cannula can in particular in one piece with the container, for example one Tube.
- an outlet cannula made of polypropylene or polyethylene the desired constriction and has the desired cold flow of the material when the cap made of polystyrene or POM and additionally by the diameter and Cross-sectional reduction is reinforced where the Closing pressure is exerted. But it might even be one Metal closure cap conceivable.
- the cap can then be removed in its normal closed position be pushed back onto the outlet cannula, where they are with their Reduction in diameter of the groove that she herself made engages and thereby not only a non-positive, but also forms a positive and tight closure.
- a container designated 1 as a whole has an outlet cannula 2 made of plastic, which according to Figures 1 and 3 in one piece with the container is connected, but also retrospectively according to FIG be connected to a container, not shown there can.
- To the container 1 also includes a cap 3 with which the Outlet cannula 2 can be closed according to FIGS. 1 and 4. That cap 3 has on its inside, in the exemplary embodiment on its in Position of use of the mouth 4 of the cannula 3 facing away from the rim 5 its closure side, an inwardly projecting, in the embodiment Circular reduction in cross-section or diameter 6, according to the outside of the cannula 2 in the closed position the right-hand representation in FIGS. 1 and 4 is even closer forms descriptive seal.
- the outlet cannula 2 can by the reduction in diameter 6 pressure force exerted at a certain exposure time on both sides of this diameter reduction 6 flow away and thus also close to the inside of the cap 3 whose diameter reduction 6 to form a small bead, the the groove 7 is limited on this side and later together with the Diameter reduction 6 forms a locking connection.
- the diameter reduction 6 is in the embodiment Ring projection, the cross section of which to the center of the cap or to The inside of the cap tapers, as you can see particularly clearly in the figure 2 recognizes.
- the inner edge of the smallest diameter of this Diameter reduction 6 is an angled edge 8 trained who exerts a correspondingly high surface pressure, since they are almost linear on the outside of the outlet cannula 2 abuts and presses in before the annular groove 7 is formed. By this increased surface pressure becomes the cold flow of the cannula material favored and accelerated accordingly.
- the ring projection forming the diameter reduction 6 has in Cross section according to Figure 2 seen on both sides of the smallest Circumferentially arranged edge 8 oblique transition surfaces 9, which the Snap in and out on the ring groove 7 that he has created himself facilitate and improve the sealing effect.
- the cross section of the outlet cannula 2 and the cap 3 is circular in the exemplary embodiment. He could but also be oval, elliptical or polygonal, which then results a corresponding contour of the diameter reduction 6 results or the ring projection formed by her then none Circular ring, but an appropriately shaped ring would be.
- the cannula 2 of the container 1 is due to the reduction in diameter 6 first elastically deformable so that they match those in FIGS 4 arrive in the closed position shown in the right longitudinal section can, in which the cap bottom 10 rests on the mouth 4.
- the cannula 2 plastically by the cold flow already described deformable so that the elastic restoring forces gradually abate, but in the desired way the annular groove 7 for the Snap connection between cap 3 and outlet 2 is formed.
- the outside of the outlet cannula 2 is in the exemplary embodiments somewhat conical starting from the mouth 4 to the container 1 trained to expand.
- the cap 3 has one conical after the diameter reduction 6 tapered interior, its cross section in the use position 1 and 4 that of the cap 3 in this area enclosed cannula 2, so that a slight distance can stay.
- the sealing effect in the area of diameter reduction 6 and the annular groove 7 is better in that the rest the cap 3 does not rest on the outside of the cannula 2.
- a suitable material for the outlet cannula 2 is polypropylene or polyethylene, while the cap 3 made of polystyrene or POM can exist, which is a correspondingly harder plastic.
- the outlet cannula 2 with the container 1 be integrally connected, the container 1 in this case is a plastic tube. According to Figure 4, however, the outlet cannula 2 can also be manufactured separately and with any container Material or plastic can be connected later.
- a considerable advantage of the cap 3 and its reduction in cross section 6 formed undercut in the form of a groove or Ring groove 7 consists in the fact that a closable outlet cannula 2 arises, which is also suitable for insertion into a body cavity, to apply the contents of the container there. It is because the formation of the groove or annular groove 7 with the help of the reduction in cross section 6 avoided that sharp edges of a thread or of a tool-shaped undercut, which occur in a such application directly into a body cavity can lead to injuries could.
- the cap and its diameter reduction 6 self-made undercut in the form of a groove or ring groove 7 is so well rounded due to the cold flowing material and smooth that the aforementioned insertion into a body cavity this groove or annular groove 7 is not affected.
- the outlet cannula 2 made of plastic for a container 1 is by means of a cap 3 closable at or near its the mouth 4, the edge 5 facing away from the cannula 2 has a particularly annular shape circumferential diameter reduction 6, which is in the closed position presses into the outside of the cannula 2.
- the hardness of the material and / or the thickness of the wall of the cap 3 at least in the area of this reduction in diameter or cross section 6 larger than that of the outlet cannula 2 in this area is in which the diameter or cross-sectional reduction 6 is in the use position under closing pressure, and thereby that at least the outlet cannula 2 from a cold flowing under pressure Plastic can, by a certain exposure time in Use position attached cap 3 on the outside of the Exhaust cannula 2 a permanent groove or annular groove 7 afterwards molded and thereby a latching closure are formed.
