Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape de pression à monter dans une conduite d'alimentation, entre une chambre à haute pression et un point d'injection, comportant un tuyau de refoulement (3) munie d'une cavité (5) cylindrique, dans laquelle un élément de soupape de pression (15) est monté de manière à coulisser dans le sens axial. Cet élément de soupape de pression (15) présente une surface d'étanchéité (29) grâce à laquelle il coopère avec un siège (27) fixe pour définir la section d'écoulement, duquel il peut être soulevé sous l'effet de la pression de refoulement produite dans le sens d'écoulement (1), à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de soupape (23).Dans l'élément de soupape (15), il est prévu un canal d'étranglement du flux de retour qui crée une compensation de pression lorsque la soupape de pression est en position de fermeture. Pour assurer un réglage précis de la définition de la section maximale d'écoulement au niveau de la soupape de pression, la course d'ouverture de l'élément de soupape s'effectue en deux temps, l'élément de soupape étant brusquement déplacé pour définir la section maximale d'ouverture après avoir effectué une partie déterminée de sa course.
