Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung des Exzenterrings einer Radialkolbenpumpe mit mehreren, von einer gemeinsamen Exzenterwelle angetriebenen Kolben, die jeweils in einem im Pumpengehäuse fixierten Zylindereinsatz gleitbeweglich geführt sind und sich an abgeflachten Stützflächen des Exzenterrings abstützen, der drehbar auf einem Exzenter der Exzenterwelle gelagert ist. Um in allen Betriebszuständen der Pumpe und damit insbesondere in den Zuständen, in denen für die Pumpenkammern eine Unterversorgung vorliegt, zu verhindern, daß Dreh-/Kippschwingungen des Exzenterrings auftreten, ist eine hydraulische Verdrängerelementanordnung vorgesehen, mit der der Exzenterring in jeder Bewegungsphase der Pumpe durch aktive Druckbeaufschlagung der Verdrängerelementanordnung stabilisierbar ist. Mit dieser Verdrängerelementanordnung ist durch das Hinzufügen einer Schlitzsteuerungseinrichtung, eines Rückschlagventils, sowie eines Druckkanals und eines Saugkanals die Ausführung der Funktion einer Vorförderpumpe möglich.

A device is described for stabilizing the eccentric ring of a radial piston pump with several pistons driven by a common eccentric shaft, each of which is slidably guided in a cylinder insert fixed in the pump housing and is supported on flattened support surfaces of the eccentric ring, which is rotatably mounted on an eccentric of the eccentric shaft. In order to prevent torsional / tilting vibrations of the eccentric ring from occurring in all operating states of the pump, and in particular in the states in which there is an undersupply for the pump chambers, a hydraulic displacement element arrangement is provided with which the eccentric ring moves through in every phase of the pump's movement active pressurization of the displacement element arrangement can be stabilized. With this displacement element arrangement, the function of a pre-feed pump can be carried out by adding a slot control device, a check valve, as well as a pressure channel and a suction channel.
