Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Borstenwaren, bestehend aus einem Borstenträger aus elastischem Material mit wenigstens einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines Borstenbündels, das an seinem befestigungsseitigten Ende eine die Borsten verbindende Verdickung, deren Querschnitt größer als der engste Querschnitt der Ausnehmung ist, aufweist und unter Druck in die Ausnehmung im Borstenträger formschlüssig eingesetzt wird, wobei die Wandung der Ausnehmung beim Passieren der Verdickung elastisch ausfedert und hinter der Verdickung bis zur Anlage an den Borsten des Borstenbündels zurückfedert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Borstenbündel mit seiner Achse etwa auf die Achse der Ausnehmung im Borstenträger ausgerichtet und durch direktes Einwirken einer Kraft zumindest auf die Verdickung in die Ausnehmung eingetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft zum Eintreiben des Borstenbündels auf den die Borsten des Borstenbündels umfangsseitig ringförmig überragenden Überstand der Verdickung zur Wirkung gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft zum Eintreiben des Borstenbündels auf den gesamten ringförmigen Überstand gleichmäßig aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Borstenbündel als Hohlbündel mit ringförmig angeordneten Borsten ausgebildet ist und die Verdickung zumindest teilweise in den Querschnitt des Hohlraums hineinragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft zum Eintreiben des Borstenbündels innerhalb des Hohlraums auf die Verdickung zur Wirkung gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausnehmung im Borstenträger einen Hinterschnitt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft zum Eintreiben des Borstenbündels solange auf die Verdickung am Borstenbündel aufgebracht wird, bis die Verdickung den größten Querschnitt der Ausnehmung hinter dem Hinterschnitt erreicht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Borstenware eine Vielzahl von Borstenbündeln und der Borstenträger eine entsprechende Anzahl von Ausnehmungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Borstenbündel oder Gruppen von Bündeln gleichzeitig in die Ausnehmungen am Borstenträger eingetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Eintreiben zusätzlich eine Kraft auf das freie Ende des Borstenbündels zur Wirkung gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Borstenträger aus elastischem Material mit den eingesetzten Borstenbündeln in einen starren Träger unter Verspannen des Borstenträgers eingesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit einer Aufnahme für den Borstenträger aus einem elastischen Material und einem Halter für das Borstenbündel mit einer Verdickung am befestigungsseitigen Ende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter einen Stempel (6, 17) aufweist, der mit seiner vorlaufenden Stirnseite (9, 18) auf die Verdickung (4, 16) am Borstenbündel (2) wirkt, axial in Richtung auf die Aufnahme mit dem Borstenträger (1) angetrieben und in die Ausnehmung bis zur endgültigen Positionierung der Verdickung einfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel als die Borstenbündel (2) außenseitig umfassende Hülse (6) ausgebildet ist, die mit ihrer ringförmigen Stirnseite (9) gegen den die Borsten (3) des Borstenbündels überragenden Überstand der Verdickung (4) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (6) in ihrem auf dem Überstand der Verdickung wirkenden Bereich (8) einen äußeren Querschnitt, der nicht größer ist als der größte Querschnitt der Verdickung (4), und anschließend unter Bildung einer Stufe (7) einen größeren Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß die Stufe (7) einen mit der Oberfläche des Borstenträgers (1) zusammenwirkenden Anschlag für die Eintreibtiefe des Borstenbündels (2) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Hohlbündeln (15) der Stempel (17) bolzenar tig ausgebildet ist, in das Hohlbündel eingreift und mit seiner verlaufenden Stirnseite (18) auf den den Innendurchmesser des Hohlbündels überragende Über stand der Verdickung (16) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß bei einem Hohlbündel (15) mit einer ringförmigen Verdickung (16) der Stempel (15) einen in den Ringraum der Verdickung eingreifenden Ansatz (19) kleineren Durchmessers aufweist und die dadurch am Stempel gebildete Stufe (18) beim Eintreiben auf den inneren Überstand der ringförmigen Verdickung (16) wirkt.
