- la figure 1 est une vue de dessus d'un socle de prise de courant selon l'invention, avec son couvercle ouvert,
- la figure 2 montre en coupe axiale le carter de la figure 1 du socle de prise de courant pourvu de son couvercle en position ouverte, ainsi que le carter d'une fiche prête à l'enfichage,
- la figure 3 est une partie agrandie de la figure 2,
- la figure 4 montre en coupe les deux éléments de la figure 1 après enfichage,
- la figure 5 est une partie agrandie de la figure 4,
- la figure 6 montre en coupe le carter des figures 1 à 5 avec son couvercle rabattu,
- la figure 7 est une partie agrandie de la figure 6.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de connexion électrique étanche comportant une fiche et une prise constituant le socle d'une prise de courant ou la prise mobile d'un prolongateur ou d'un connecteur, la fiche étant destinée à se connecter avec la prise, et ladite prise étant pourvue d'un carter (1) muni d'un couvercle (4) de protection articulé et rabattable en position de repos, tandis que le couvercle (4) et respectivement le carter (2) de la fiche présentent des surfaces d'appui destinées à venir au contact d'un joint annulaire (7) en position fermée du couvercle et respectivement en position accouplée de la fiche, caractérisé en ce que ledit carter (1) de la prise présente sur son bord frontal une gorge annulaire (6) recevant la partie de base du joint annulaire (7) de section en forme générale de crochet recourbé vers l'intérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'appui (10,11) du couvercle et de la fiche sont prévues pour venir au contact d'une zone réduite (C',C) de la partie recourbée du joint (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (10) du couvercle (4) est tronconique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (11) du carter (2) de la fiche est cylindrique parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal dudit carter.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la gorge annulaire (6) présente une section rectangulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la gorge annulaire (6) qui reçoit le joint (7) présente un rebord intérieur (8) d'où fait saillie la partie recourbée dudit joint et sur lequel vient en regard une partie correspondante (12) du couvercle (4) ou respectivement (13) du carter de la fiche en position fermée dudit couvercle et respectivement en position accouplée de ladite fiche, tandis que la paroi extérieure de la gorge annulaire (6) présente un prolongement longitudinal (9) qui s'étend au-delà du rebord intérieur (8) de ladite gorge (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (9) de la paroi extérieure de la gorge annulaire (6) est en outre évasé de l'arrière vers l'avant dans le sens longitudinal, sur au moins la majeure partie de sa périphérie.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le joint (7) présente une nervure périphérique (7') prévue sur la face extérieure de sa partie recourbée, destinée à s'appuyer sur la paroi interne de la gorge (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le joint (7) présente une entaille (7") ménagée sur la face extérieure et à la base de sa partie recourbée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le joint présente un pied biseauté (7''') sur sa face extérieure.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le carter (1) de la prise comporte une bague périphérique (14) qui vient recouvrir au moins en partie sa gorge annulaire (6) et donc le joint (7) logé dans cette dernière.
