Claims (34)

  1. Appareil destiné à enlever des débris d'un système hydraulique à écoulement libre, qui comprend :
    a) des moyens de rail (12) comportant des éléments orientés verticalement (14) définissant, en utilisation, un passage incliné entre les éléments (14), les moyens de rail (12) ayant un sommet (12b) et une embase (12a), l'embase (12a) pouvant s'étendre vers le bas à l'intérieur du système hydraulique (100) ;
    b) des moyens de courroie continue (36) comportant une pluralité de maillons de chaíne (38) connectés ensemble en pivotement afin de former les moyens de courroie (36) et comportant une pluralité d'ouvertures (42) qui, en utilisation, s'étendent horizontalement en travers des moyens de courroie (36), dans lequel les moyens de courroie (36) s'étendent entre le sommet (12b) et l'embase (12a) des moyens de rail (12), et autour de ceux-ci, et peuvent se déplacer vers le haut le long du passage ;
    c) des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) montés sur le sommet (12b) des moyens de rail (12) ayant un premier axe longitudinal et comportant une pluralité de dents de premières roues dentées (28a) qui s'étendent à l'intérieur des ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) en travers des moyens de courroie (36) au cours du déplacement des moyens de courroie (36) autour du sommet (12b) des éléments de rail (12) afin de nettoyer les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) ;
    d) des seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (32) montés sur l'embase (12a) des moyens de rail (12) ayant un second axe longitudinal parallèle au premier axe longitudinal et comportant une pluralité de dents de secondes roues dentées (34a) qui s'engagent avec les maillons (38) des moyens de courroie (36) afin de déplacer les moyens de courroie (36) autour de l'embase (12a) des éléments de rail (12) ;
    e) une pluralité de moyens d'engagement de débris (50) ; et
    f) des moyens de moteur (54) montés à proximité du sommet (12b) des moyens de rail (12) et connectés aux premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) afin de déplacer les moyens de courroie (36) autour des moyens de rail (12) ;
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'engagement de débris (50) sont montés de manière à pouvoir être inclinés sur les moyens de courroie (36) de sorte que les moyens d'engagement de débris (50) s'étendent horizontalement en travers des moyens de courroie (36) et sont inclinés en déplaçant les maillons de chaíne des moyens de courroie (36) hors du passage en réponse à des débris d'un poids trop important et qui, en utilisation, rejettent les débris dans le système hydraulique (100).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les moyens de rail (12) comportent des éléments orientés horizontalement (10) qui s'étendent entre les éléments orientés verticalement (14).
  3. Appareil selon le revendication 1 dans lequel les maillons de chaíne (38) des moyens de courroie (36) sont fabriqués en acier inoxydable.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel des connecteurs (44) ayant une partie centrale surélevée (44a) sont montés en pivotement entre deux maillons de chaíne espacés verticalement (38) des moyens de courroie (36) et dans lequel les moyens d'engagement de débris qui leur sont destinés (50) sont montés sur la partie centrale des connecteurs (44).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4 dans lequel les moyens d'engagement de débris sont des élévateurs en forme de L (50).
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 4 dans lequel les moyens d'engagement de débris (50) sont espacés verticalement sur les moyens de courroie (36) et s'étendent en continu au travers des moyens de courroie (36).
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la partie centrale (44a) des connecteurs (44) a une hauteur qui permet aux dents de premières roues dentées (28a) des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) de s'étendre à l'intérieur de la partie centrale (44a) des connecteurs (44).
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 5 dans lequel le connecteur (44) et l'élévateur (50) sont réalisés en une seule pièce.
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 5 dans lequel l'élévateur (50) peut être réglé sur une longueur des connecteurs (44) le long du passage afin de modifier le poids suivant lequel s'incline l'élévateur (50).
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) sont une pluralité de premières roues dentées (28) montées sur un premier arbre (30) le long du premier axe longitudinal.
  11. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (32) sont une pluralité de secondes roues dentées (34) montées sur un second arbre (35) le long du second axe longitudinal.
  12. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les moyens de moteur (54) sont un moteur hydraulique connecté aux premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26).
  13. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel des moyens de jet sous pression (60) sont montés au sommet des moyens de rail (12) à proximité des moyens de courroie (36) afin de nettoyer les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) une fois que les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) sont passées au delà des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26).
  14. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel une plaque barrière (56) est montée sur les moyens de rail (12) en dessous des moyens de courroie (36) où les moyens de courroie (36) se déplacent vers le haut au dessus d'un niveau supérieur du système hydraulique (100) afin d'empêcher des débris de tomber au travers des ouvertures (47) dans les moyens de courroie (36) et dans le système hydraulique (100).
  15. Appareil selon la revendication 7 dans lequel des moyens de rebord (58) sont montés à proximité de l'embase (12a) des moyens de rail (12) dans le système hydraulique (100) afin d'empêcher le passage de débris en dessous de l'appareil.
  16. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les dents de secondes roues dentées (34a) des seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (32) ont une forme de Y.
  17. Appareil selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les dents de premières roues dentées (28a) des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) sont légèrement plus petites que les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) afin de procurer un ajustement étroit.
  18. Appareil selon les revendications 1, 13, 14 et 15 dans lequel les moyens d'engagement de débris (50) sont des moyens de râteau.
  19. Appareil selon la revendication 18 dans lequel les maillons de chaíne (38) des moyens de courroie (36) sont fabriqués en acier inoxydable.
  20. Appareil selon la revendication 18 dans lequel des connecteurs (44) ayant une partie centrale surélevée (44a) sont montés en pivotement entre deux maillons de chaíne espacés verticalement (38) des moyens de courroie (36) et dans lequel les moyens de râteau (50) sont montés sur la partie centrale (44a) des connecteurs.
  21. Appareil selon la revendication 20 dans lequel les moyens de râteau sont un élévateur en forme de L (50).
  22. Appareil selon la revendication 20 dans lequel les moyens de râteau (50) sont espacés verticalement le long des moyens de courroie (36) et s'étendent horizontalement et en continu au travers des moyens de courroie (36).
  23. Appareil selon la revendication 20 dans lequel la partie centrale (44a) des connecteurs (44) a une hauteur qui permet aux dents des premières roues dentées (28a) des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) de s'étendre à l'intérieur de la partie centrale (44a) des connecteurs (44).
  24. Appareil selon la revendication 21 dans lequel les connecteurs (44) et l'élévateur (50) sont réalisés en une seule pièce.
  25. Appareil selon la revendication 21 dans lequel l'élévateur (50) peut être réglé sur une longueur des connecteurs (44) le long du passage afin de modifier le poids auquel s'incline l'élévateur (50).
  26. Appareil selon la revendication 18 dans lequel les premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) sont une pluralité de premières roues dentées (28) montées sur un premier arbre (30) le long du premier axe longitudinal.
  27. Appareil selon la revendication 18 dans lequel les seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (32) sont une pluralité de secondes roues dentées (34) montées sur un second arbre (35) le long du second axe longitudinal.
  28. Appareil selon la revendication 18 dans lequel les dents de premières roues dentées (28a) des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) sont légèrement plus petites que les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) afin de procurer un ajustement étroit.
  29. Procédé destiné à enlever des débris d'un système hydraulique à écoulement libre, qui comprend les étapes de :
    a) fourniture d'un appareil selon la revendication 1 dans le système hydraulique afin d'enlever les débris ;
    b) fourniture de moyens de récupération (104) à proximité du sommet des moyens de rail (12) de l'appareil afin de récupérer les débris enlevés du système hydraulique (100) ;
    c) connexion de l'appareil à une source de puissance ; et
    d) mise en action des moyens de moteur (54) de l'appareil afin de déplacer les moyens de courroie (36) pour enlever des débris du système hydraulique (100), dans lequel les dents des premières roues dentées (26) empêchent une accumulation de dépôts colmatants dans les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36), par laquelle
    e) les moyens de moteur (54) de l'appareil sont mis en action en réponse à une réduction du débit du système hydraulique (100) par l'intermédiaire des moyens de courroie (36).
  30. Ensemble destiné à être monté dans un appareil destiné à enlever des débris d'un système hydraulique à écoulement libre (100), comprenant
    des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) ayant un premier axe longitudinal, et des seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (32) séparés des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) et ayant un second axe longitudinal parallèle au premier axe longitudinal, dans lequel les premiers et seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26, 32) définissent, en utilisation, un passage incliné, des moyens de courroie continue (36) comportant une pluralité de maillons de chaíne (38) connectés ensemble en pivotement afin de former les moyens de courroie (36) et comportant une pluralité d'ouvertures (42) qui, en utilisation, s'étendent horizontalement au travers des moyens de courroie (36), dans lequel les moyens de courroie (36) s'étendent le long du passage entre les premiers et seconds moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26, 32) et des moyens de moteur (54) connectés aux premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) afin de déplacer les moyens de courroie (36) entre les premiers et seconds moyens de cylindre à roue dentée (26, 32) le long du passage, dans lequel l'ensemble comprend :
    a) une pluralité de dents de premières roues dentées (28A) qui doivent être montées sur les premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) qui s'étendent à l'intérieur des ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) au travers des moyens de courroie (36) au cours du déplacement des moyens de courroie (36) autour des premiers moyens de cylindre à roues dentées (26) afin de nettoyer les ouvertures (42) des moyens de courroie (36) ;
    b) des moyens d'engagement de débris (50), l'ensemble étant caractérisé par
    c) une pluralité de connecteurs (44) comportant une partie centrale surélevée (44A) devant être montés entre les maillons de chaíne espacés verticalement (38) des moyens de courroie (36), et
    d) les moyens d'engagement de débris (50) sont montés de manière à pouvoir être inclinés sur la partie centrale (44A) des connecteurs (44), dans lequel les moyens d'engagement de débris, en utilisation, sont inclinés en déplaçant les maillons de chaíne de la courroie hors du passage en réponse à des débris d'un poids trop important, ce qui rejette les débris dans le système hydraulique (100).
  31. Système destiné à enlever des débris d'un système hydraulique à écoulement libre (100) qui comprend :
    a) un appareil selon la revendication 1 ;
    b) des moyens de support (18) destinés au montage de l'appareil selon un angle incliné dans le système hydraulique (100) à proximité d'une ouverture d'admission d'eau (102) ; et
    c) des moyens de récupération (104) montés à proximité du sommet (12b) des moyens de rail (36) de l'appareil afin de récupérer les débris enlevés du système hydraulique (100).
  32. Système selon la revendication 31 dans lequel les moyens de moteur (54) de l'appareil sont un moteur hydraulique.
