Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kabelkupplung für Schienenfahrzeuge, die in Stoßrichtung an einer mechanischen Mittelpufferkupplung über eine Längsführung längsverschiebar gehalten ist.The invention relates to a cable coupling for rail vehicles, which is held longitudinally displaceably in the direction of impact on a mechanical central buffer coupling via a longitudinal guide.
Eine derartige Kabelkupplung ist aus der DE-PS 1 020 361 bekannt. Die Führung der Kabelkupplung erfolgt an einer Stange, die an der Steinplatte und rückwärts davon am Kupplungskopf befestigt ist. Die Längsverschiebung der Kabelkupplung soll mittels Druckluft, d. h. durch einen zusätzlichen Antrieb erfolgen. Eine erfindungsgemäße Kabelkupplung 1 ist an der mechanischen Mittelpufferkupplung 2 am Kupplungskopf 3 auf einem Führungschlitten 4 befestigt. Der Führungschlitten 4 ist am Kupplungskopf 3 über eine Längsführung 5 mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Führungsstangen 6, längsverschiebbar in Zug- und Stoßrichtung abgestützt und geführt und über einen Hebeltrieb 7 mit einem Stößel 8 verbunden. Der Stößel 8 ist längsverschiebbar in der Stirnplatte 9 des Kupplungskopfes 3 der Mittelpufferkupplung 2 geführt. Der Stößel 8 überragt die Stirnplatte 9 im ungekuppelten Zustand der Mittelpufferkupplung 2 bei zurückgeschobener Kabelkupplung 1 die Stirnplatte 9 der Mittelpufferkupplung 2 und einen vorgegebenen Hub.A
Im gekuppelten Zustand ist der Stößel 8 durch die Stirnplatte 18 der mechanischen Gegenkupplung 17 um den vorgegebenen Hub nach hinten längsverschoben. Durch den Hub des Stößels 8 wird der angelenkte Hebeltrieb 7 und der daran angelenkte Führungsschlitten 4 mit der daran befestigten Kabelkupplung 1 nach vorn in die Kuppelstellung verschoben. Gleichzeitig wird eine an der Kabelkupplung 1 angelenkte Schutzklappe 10 zum Schutz der elektrischen Kontakte aus der zugeschwenkten in die aufgeschwenkte Lage verbracht. Dazu ist am Kupplungskopf 3 ein Flansch 14 starr befestigt, der gelenkig mit der Schutzklappe 10 verbunden ist, wobei beim Vorschieben der Kabelkupplung 1 ein Aufschwenken und beim Zurückschieben der Kabelkupplung 1 in die hintere Endlage ein Zurückschwenken der Schutzklappe 10 erfolgt.In the coupled state, the
