Hierbei kann er auch die Anordnung der Matratzenkomponenten bestimmen, z.B., daß eine Matratzenkomponente, die latexierten Kokos enthält, als unterste Matratzenkomponente und eine Latexschaum enthaltende Matratzenkomponente an oberster Stelle in dem Matratzenbezug angeordnet wird. Stellt dann der Kunde nach einiger Zeit fest, daß die so zusammengestellte Matratze seinem Liegekomfort noch nicht entspricht, so kann er selbst die Anordnung der einzelnen Matratzenkomponenten in dem Matratzenbezug verändern, indem er eine Matratzenkomponente mit einer weicheren oder härteren Lage an oberster Stelle anordnet. Desweiteren läßt sich auch die Lebensdauer der Matratze durch das mögliche Tauschen der Komponenten von oben nach unten und umgekehrt vergrößern. Da die einzelnen Matratzenkomponenten nur einen Bruchteil des Gesamtgewichtes der Matratze aufweisen, lassen sie sich beim Herausnehmen und Einlegen in den Matratzenüberzug auch wesentlich leichter handhaben als ein aus mehreren Lagen zusammengesetzter einheitlicher Matratzenkörper. Das Auf- und Abziehen des Matratzenbezuges zu Reinigungszwecken wird dadurch ebenso erleichtert, wie das Tauschen der Komponenten untereinander.
