Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Verbindung von umhüllten Drähten (6) durch Einpressen dieser Drähte (6) in aufnehmende Schneidklemm-Verbindungsschlitze (1, 2) mittels eines drehbaren Druckstücks nach Art einer schwenkbaren Kappe (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein elastisches Element (7) vorgesehen wird, das fest mit diesem drehbaren Druckstück (4) verbunden ist und das bei seiner Drehung zum Einpressen dieser Drähte (6) in diese Schlitze (1, 2) gespannt und anschließend am Ende des Weges des Druckstücks plötzlich losgelassen wird, so dass es gegen die Nase (81) eines harten Körpers (8) prallt, der über ein Mittel (3) zum Halten der metallischen Kontakte mit Schneidklemm-Verbindungsschlitzen (1, 2) vorsteht und der fest mit diesem Mittel (3) verbunden ist, so dass ein deutliches Knacken hörbar wird, das dem Monteur anzeigt, dass die Schneidklemmverbindung tatsächlich hergestellt ist, und dessen Lautstärke mindestens gleich 45 Dezibel A beträgt. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das drehbare Druckstück (4) eine elastische Zunge (71) trägt, die ein freies Ende aufweist, das seinerseits eine Sperre (7) zum Verriegeln am Ende des Weges durch Einrasten an einem fixen Anschlag (8) aufweist, der fest mit dem fixen Körper (3), der die metallischen Kontakte mit Schneidklemm-Verbindungsschlitzen (1, 2) enthält und hält, verbunden ist und der einen deutlich über diesen fixen Körper (3) vorragenden Vorsprung bildet, wobei dieser Einrast-Anschlag (8) und diese Sperre (7) zusammenwirkend einen schwergängigen Punkt (82) bilden, der einer maximalen Spannung der Zunge (71) entspricht, und um in der Verriegelungsposition diese Sperre (7) plötzlich gegen den Vorsprung loszulassen, der durch diesen Anschlag (8) gebildet wird, wobei die Nase (81) dieses Vorsprungs einen plötzlichen Stoß erhält, der das deutlich hörbare Knacken hervorruft, und wobei die Eigenschaften der Zunge (71), ihrer Sperre (7) und des vorragenden Anschlags (8) so festgelegt sind, dass das Knacken eine Lautstärke von mindestens gleich 45 Dezibel A aufweist.
