Claims (12)
- Lastaufnahmemittel für normierte Ladungseinheiten, wobei als Ladungseinheit ein Container und Wechselbehälter mit an einem Rahmen (9) angeordneten Befestigungsmitteln für die Ladungseinheiten, mit einem Anschlußelement (3) zur Verbindung des Lastaufnahmemittels mit einer Hubeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, und mit zwischen dem Anschlußelement (3) über eine hieran angeordnete Zwischentraverse (4) und dem Rahmen (9) angelenkten Hydraulikzylindern (8) zum Neigen des Lastaufnahmemittels um seine horizontale Lage, wobei die Hydraulikzylinder (8) mit ihrer Wirkrichtung bei horizontalem Rahmen (9) weitestgehend vertikal ausgerichtet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zwischentraverse (4) und die Hydraulikzylinder (8) weitestgehend in der Drauf- und Seitenansicht gesehen innerhalb der Außenkontur des Rahmens (9) angeordnet sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in horizontaler Lage des Rahmens (9) gesehen die Hydraulikzylinder (8) seitlich neben dem Anschlußelement (3) angeordnet sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zwischen dem Anschlußelement (3) und der Zwischentraverse (4) angeordneten Drehvorrichtung (6) zum Drehen der Ladungseinheit (Container 7) um eine weitestgehend vertikale Drehachse, die innerhalb der Außenkontur des Rahmens (9) angeordnet ist. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hydraulikzylinder (8) vollständig innerhalb der Außenkontur des Rahmens (9) angeordnet sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rahmen (9) aus zwei Längstraversen (10) und zwei Querträgern (11) besteht, die einen inneren Rahmenbereich (12) begrenzen. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Anschlußelement (3) und die Zwischentraverse (4) innerhalb des inneren Rahmenbereiches (12) angeordnet sind und die Hydraulikzylinder (8) jeweils einerseits an der Zwischentraverse (4) und andererseits an dem Querträger (11) angelenkt sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vier Hydraulikzylinder (8) vorhanden sind, deren Anlenkpunkte in den Eckpunkten eines gedachten Vierecks angeordnet sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels der Hydraulikzylinder (8) der Rahmen relativ zu der Zwischentraverse (4) anhebbar ist, in der angehobenen Stellung der Rahmen (9) gegenüber der Zwischentraverse (4) fixiert ist und in der abgesenkten Stellung der Rahmen (9) leicht seitlich pendelbar aufgehängt ist. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die als Greifer (15) ausgebildeten Befestigungsmittel über ausfahrbare Auslegerarme (14) zum Einstellen der Greifer (15) auf verschiedene Längen der Ladungseinheiten (7) mit dem Rahmen (9) verbunden sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auslegerarme (14) innerhalb der als Kastenträger ausgebildeten Längstraversen (10) teleskopartig geführt sind. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach Anspruch 9 der 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den dem Rahmen (9) abgewandten Enden der Auslegerarme (14) einer Seite ein Kopfträger (19) angeordnet ist, so daß die beiden Auslegerarme (14) und der Kopfträger (19) insgesamt eine U-Form bilden. - Lastaufnahmemittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung einen starren Lastführungsarm (1) aufweist, der um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar und in seiner Längsrichtung verschiebbar gelagert ist.
