This is accomplished by equipping the lower back side of the moldboard (2) with rotatable renovator teeth (11) which can be pivoted through a setting device (13) from a ready position into a working position in which they cut into the base layer of the ski run.

Description

The invention relates to a piste grooming device with a pre-built snow blade, such as Example disclosed in EP 10 43 02 A1. It is used to edit and process Ski slopes. The snow plow is adjustable on the front of the piste grooming vehicle and levels, loads or removes the snow. Subordinate care devices, such as Milling, rolling, etc. prepare a smooth slope.

Although these devices have proven themselves in practice, they can be very hard or Iced slopes can often only be processed insufficiently.

From non-generic leveling vehicles for ski trails, as described in DE 30 29 221 C2, is already a front-mounted device with one on a front and one back slide supported frame known, between which a milling cutter is arranged. she a hard ski trail should be lure, so that the trail tracks are then drawn can.

The invention has for its object a piste grooming device of the type mentioned To create genus with which the easiest possible processing of hard ski slopes is possible. This object is achieved by the features of Main claim solved.

With the renovator teeth, hard and icy slopes can be torn open become. These clods are made by the following snow groomer with the chain stays crushed. The slope prepared in this way can then be attached to the rear of the vehicle Additional devices can be processed further.

The use of the renovator teeth can be swiveled as required be managed. With normal softer The renovator teeth are on standby, they can be swung out into the working position with ice plates become. While the snow plow clears snow, can at the same time with the renovator teeth, hard slope surface be worked on in depth. Soft snow can be mixed with the loosened ice particles.

The renovator teeth can be different by pivoting be set low. With that for conventional Knife blades known control for the floating position can be an almost constant depth treatment of the subsurface respectively.

Preferably, several renovator teeth are on a common one Shaft arranged. It can be used across the width of the vehicle distributed renovator teeth together on the shaft swivel.

Two shafts with renovator teeth can be particularly advantageous be provided on the dozer blade, one each Shaft on each side of the longitudinal axis of the piste grooming device is arranged. This allows the renovator teeth on the left and right side of the dozer blade independently be pivoted so that one side e.g. deeper is processed as the other. This has proven particularly useful also when the dozer blade is tilted or when cornering the slope grooming device.

One end of the actuator can be used with the dozer blade and at the other end with at least one of the renovator teeth be connected. This will direct the shaft over the actuation of a renovator tooth pivoted as Lever serves. A lever can also be arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the shaft be connected to the actuator.

It is proposed that sliding elements on the dozer blade are arranged, at least in the working position of the renovator teeth glide around the snow plow on the slope surface to keep in floating position. Can be used as sliding elements For example, sliding plates can be selected.

The height and / or the inclination is a variant of the invention the sliding elements on the dozer blade can be changed, whereby they are adapted to the respective slope profile can. Tilting of the sliding elements is also possible on the dozer blade.

If the dozer blade has an open U-shape in plan view, see above can at least behind each of the angled U-legs a sliding element can be provided. So that are the sliding elements stored at a large distance from each other and give the Räumschild a stable plain bearing on the slope surface.

-form.The renovator teeth are preferably in at their end Driving direction angled like a claw. This will when driving, the penetration of the renovator teeth from the ready position relieved in the slope underground. The hard surface is first from the protruding claw broken open and then broken open. The shape of the claw determines the appropriate clod size or shape.

Can be particularly advantageous between the renovator teeth and at least one defense shield on the front of the piste grooming device be arranged. That behind the renovator teeth Defense shield arranged above the ground causes that broken-up, thrown floes onto the ground be thrown back. In a special way, the Renovator teeth connected to a limit torque release device be that she swings back from the working position, when a renovator tooth hits stones and rocks. Of the The renovator tooth is then not damaged, but softens out. After passing the obstacle, the renovator teeth can then pivoted back into a lower working position become.

Both protrude laterally over the U-base 5 and extend beyond the area of the U-legs 6.

At the shafts 9 are evenly spaced from each other Renovator teeth 11 arranged in the shaft direction all arranged evenly aligned with each other are. Each renovator tooth 11 has one end at one Shaft 9 attached. In Figure 1, a renovator tooth is unique in an approximately horizontal position (standby position) and once approximately vertical position (fully extended working position) shown. Between these two positions the renovator teeth 11 are infinitely adjustable.

The free end of each renovator tooth 11 is claw-shaped bent, with the curved side in the standby position points towards the underground and at the end one in the direction of travel has curved tip 12.

The renovator tooth 11 is, for example, also a wedge-shaped one Element suitable.

There is one on each renovator tooth 11 of each shaft 9 hydraulic cylinder-piston unit 13 as an actuating device arranged. The other end of the cylinder-piston unit is stored in the upper area on the back of the dozer blade 2.

There is 6 on the rear side of each angled U-leg arranged as a sliding element, a sliding plate 14, the two pivot bearings 15 are rotatably mounted on the U-leg 6 and via a cross lever 16 on the dozer blade 2 is set. The sliding plates 14 are in the floating position of the clearing blade 2 on the slope surface 17.

In Figure 1 it is shown how in the vertical working position located renovator tooth 11 engages in the slope and behind in the area between the renovator tooth and rough in front of the chains 18 of the piste grooming device 1 Clods 19 leaves. The chains 18 are the coarse Plaice 19 crushed into smaller pieces 20.

The following is the operation of the invention Snow groomer explained. Are at the beginning the two shafts 9 with the renovator teeth 11 in horizontal Standby. The dozer blade 2 is now lowered onto the slope surface 17 until the sliding plates 14 rest and the lower edge 7 already when driving easily penetrates the slope surface 17. In this Position, the clearing blade 2 is moved into the floating position and glides on the slope surface 17.

The renovator teeth 11 can on the cylinder-piston units 13 for breaking up hard or icy slopes swung out deeper and sunk into the slopes. They tear open the surface of the slopes in depth and leave coarse clods 19. The coarse clods are crushed by the subsequent chain 18 with the chain stays. The slope prepared in this way is then used by the Rear attachments attached to the vehicle, such as snow blowers, too processed a finished slope.
