Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ventilation attachment, especially at the top end of roof penetration pipes, with an upward rising pipe, the upper end of the mouth with the interposition of a Apron from a hood with peripherally curved downward Hood ring wall section overlaid which apron as an air guide ring arranged concentrically to the end of the mouth is designed, the annular gap between the edge of the mouth and hood lower edge in a first annular gap mouth and divides another annular gap mouth, further two pipe parts connected by a truncated cone surface has, of which on the larger cross-sectional frustum section attached pipe part in overlap at the end of the mouth down over the hood edge protrudes.
  • a venting attachment of this kind is provided by the GB-A 1 204 571 known.
  • the one there in the annular gap between Muzzle end edge and hood lower edge inserted, flow dividing air guide ring is related to its cross-sectionally larger pipe part significantly in the direction the roof skin extended.
  • the overlap to the one there The riser pipe corresponds approximately to 7 times that Height of the end of the mouth measured width. The results in a longer dwell time of the flow with the Consequence of increased condensation.
  • the edge of the hood is aligned with the pipe section mentioned.
  • Truncated cone surface, realized as rotationally symmetrical arched shoulder, clearly below the bonnet rim driving rain can fall under itself relatively flat hood.
  • the object of the invention is a generic Venting attachment in a technically simple way Way in terms of ventilation performance and rain entry security to optimize.
  • the vent attachment can be used for the strand ventilation can be used as well mobile spaces. It is rainproof, low resistance and condensation free.
  • the solution is simple and expedient.
  • the procedure is such that the Width measured in a plane of the edge of the mouth of the shortened annular gap mouth roughly the size of the Overlap corresponds to that of the peripheral step higher, other annular gap mouth also one has radial width corresponding to the overlap, the hood ring wall portion outwardly one further lateral overhang forms.
  • the concentric Assignment of the air guide ring to the end of the mouth brings a directional independence from that Ventilation attachment rinsing / crossing air flow.
  • the flow paths and vortex formation are significantly reduced. Remaining separation effects, which pressure loss and a not inconsiderable reduction in throughput bring with them, do not fall Weight.
  • the inside diameter of the smaller in cross section Applying the truncated cone section Pipe part is larger than the outer diameter of the Riser mouth end.
  • the pipe parts have a funnel-shaped wall profile have an extension to the respective free pipe part end there. That brings with respect to the hood-side tube part one cross-sectional expansion and the other, after a slight enlargement at the bottom of the pipe section of the annular gap mouth.
  • the annular gap is such is formed that the lower edge of the hood essentially lies on the level of the edge of the mouth.
  • both the Underside of hood and underside of air guide ring corrugated run in such a way that both wave crests and wave troughs each lie in a common radial plane. It is favorable if the common radial plane passes through Locking means is defined. This is achieved with simple Averaged by clipping between the hood and Air guide ring by means of it down from the ceiling outgoing finger. They can also be used as Radial webs act.
  • the clipping not only brings a simple, superfluous traditional fastener Allocation of the hood, but allows anytime later retrofitting of the ventilation attachment.
  • the clipping is achieved in that the Fingers with a snap-on mouth and on hers Attack ends are forked, using their forks take the pipe part like a rider between them. Such an attack end unites via the snap mouth the function of the support and that of Bondage.
  • the hood is simply plugged in assigned. Afterwards she is stuck. The air flow can stick to the very small fingers divide.
  • the Each snap-in finger prongs turn to Form the free end of the insertion opening. Through this measure, a self-centering, the plug-in can be felt practically Effect.
  • the clamping action of the clamping surface has a practical effect a permanent readjustment, but in any case a bracing the hood at the top of the Pipe part.
  • the level of the fingers transverse to the lateral surface of the air guide ring.
  • the vent attachment E is a Roof ventilators assigned to realized roof duct D. Part of this is a vertically alignable Roof penetration pipe 1. That stands over a so-called Flex hose 2, for example, with the not shown Canal strand of a building in connection.
  • the roof duct D is on a covering plate 3 realized. This forms a bulging towards the top of the roof Cathedral 4 from.
  • the one in the direction of inclination Roof 4 has a circular arch-shaped arch is covered by a cap 5. It is based on 4 led off.
  • the cap 5 sits in an upward direction Neck 6 continued.
  • a vertical subsequent riser pipe 7 connected, which in the vent attachment E mentioned above expires.
  • the said curvature is at the top of the dome 4 centered on a radius point P.
  • the latter lies First parallel, not far from the lower edge the roofing sheet 3. Shapes in this area the dome 4 does not have one on both sides of the tube passage Storage bag shown in more detail.
  • a suitable hinge pin intervenes.
  • The is also in paired assignment on section of the roof penetration pipe on the roof chamber side 1. The latter can be brought about by one vertical alignment of the roof duct 1 um the radius point P relative to the roof covering plate 3 tilt adjustment. Further details are given from EP-OS 0 276 389.
  • the upper mouth end 8 of the riser 7 is from overlay a hood 9. The latter is circular Floor plan on. Regarding the riser pipe 7 is also a circular cross section.
  • the roof of the mouth end 8 through the hood 9 is such that an annular gap 10 between the two parts remains. It has the same cross-section everywhere and is there the ventilation flow to the outside air rising in 1 from.
  • annular gap 10 In the annular gap 10 is a rotationally symmetrical, d. H. annular apron inserted. It partially sticks out in the interior of the hood 9 and ends with a clear Distance to the inside of a slightly cone-shaped according to FIG. 2, otherwise just designed ceiling 11 of the hood 9. The corresponding cone tip lies in the center Z of the Hood 9. The center Z lies in the longitudinal central axis x-x of the riser pipe 7. However, there is also a slightly curved one Blanket 11 conceivable.

  • the flow-separating air guide ring L leaves between the said mouth end edge 12 and the smaller cross-section Truncated cone section of the upper tube part a a flow connection gap 20 of about double the height of the pipe part a to the central ventilation flow in the riser 7.
  • venting attachment E was created the basis of various fluidic criteria, supported by appropriate flow tests. This resulted in those from the illustrated and described Drawing emerging geometries. Especially the fact that the smallest cross section of the Air guide ring L is larger than that of the upper pipe end, leads to a clear favor of the current within the vent attachment E and thus too a fluid pressure favorable recovery. A rotationally symmetrical structure ensures one same effect regardless of direction. The ceiling area the hood 9 avoids condensation.
  • the air guide ring L can with respect to Pipe part a, the pipe part b and the truncated cone surface c have softer curvature transitions, as already indicated, in a more bell-shaped cross-sectional shape.
  • a modification of the hood 9 is that its Cover 11 runs slightly arched.
  • the bulge is in terms of area to the cross-sectional area of the riser pipe 7 limited to then continuously in the Transverse curvature, formed by the rotationally symmetrical encircling arc 17.
  • the center Z is here the Zenith of the spherically vaulted ceiling 11.
  • the camber elevation corresponds approximately to that through the blunt cone 2 cant achieved compared to the ceiling side Approach of the arch 17.
  • the ceiling vault lies in both cases still in the drag area of the flow.
