- La figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un véhicule miniature en cours de montage ;
- La figure 2 est une vue en coupe dans le plan du train de roues arrière du véhicule de la figure 1 en cours de montage, la carrosserie étant ôtée ;
- La figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 2, alors que les roues sont montées ;
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV à la figure 3 ;
- La figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 3, pour un second mode de réalisation de l'invention, la roue gauche étant représentée en vue extérieure ;
- La figure 6 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne VI-VI à la figure 5 ;
- La figure 7 est une vue analogue à la figure 5 pour un troisième mode de réalisation de l'invention et
- La figure 8 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne VIII-VIII à la figure 7.
Claims (12)
- Procédé d'assemblage d'une ou plusieurs roues (4, 54, 104) sur un véhicule (1, 51, 101) miniature comprenant un châssis (2, 52, 102) et une carrosserie (3, 53, 103), ledit procédé consistant à introduire l'extrémité (4b, 54b, 104b) du moyeu (4a, 54a, 104a) d'une roue à travers un cavalier (5, 55, 105) solidaire dudit châssis ou de ladite carrosserie et à maintenir ledit moyeu en position enfoncée dans ledit cavalier, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à loger partiellement un axe (7) à l'intérieur du moyeu (4a) d'une première roue (4) avant d'introduire l'extrémité (4b) dudit moyeu à travers ledit cavalier (5) et à coiffer une extrémité libre (7a) dudit axe, avec un moyeu (4a) d'une seconde roue (4) destinée à être montée en regard de ladite première roue, en introduisant l'extrémité du second moyeu à travers un second cavalier (5) solidaire dudit châssis (2) ou de ladite carrosserie (3).
- Véhicule miniature (1, 51, 101) comprenant un châssis (2, 52, 102), une carrosserie (3, 53, 103), une pluralité de roues (4, 54, 104) solidaires chacune d'un moyeu (4a, 54a, 104a) portant une collerette (4b, 54b, 104b) externe et au moins un cavalier (5, 55) apte à coopérer avec la collerette de chaque moyeu pour immobiliser ledit moyeu en translation dans une direction d'arrachement par rapport audit châssis ou à ladite carrosserie, caractérisé en ce que ledit cavalier (5, 55) est formé de deux ergots (5a, 5b, 55a, 55b) déformables venus de matière avec ledit châssis ou ladite carrosserie.
- Véhicule miniature (1, 51, 101) comprenant un châssis (2, 52, 102), une carrosserie (3, 53, 103), une pluralité de roues (4, 54, 104) solidaires chacune d'un moyeu (4a, 54a, 104a) portant une collerette (4b, 54b, 104b) externe et au moins un cavalier (105) apte à coopérer avec la collerette de chaque moyeu pour immobiliser ledit moyeu en translation dans une direction d'arrachement par rapport audit châssis ou à ladite carrosserie, caractérisé en ce que ledit cavalier (105) est formé d'un bloc percé d'un orifice circulaire (106) centré sur l'axe (XX') dudit moyeu (104a).
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (4b, 54b, 104b) dudit moyeu (4a, 54a, 104a) distante de ladite roue (4, 54, 104) porte un chanfrein (4c, 54c, 104c) apte à faciliter son introduction dans ledit cavalier (5, 55, 105).
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyeu (4a, 54a, 104a) porte au moins un épaulement (4e, 4f, 54e, 54f, 104e, 104f) apte à coopérer avec ledit cavalier (5, 55, 105), ledit châssis (2, 52) ou ladite carrosserie (103) pour immobiliser ledit moyeu en translation dans une autre direction par rapport audit châssis ou à ladite carrosserie.
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyeu (4) est pourvu d'un orifice central (4g) apte à recevoir une partie d'un axe (7) formant essieu d'un train de deux roues.
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit cavalier (5, 55) est solidaire dudit châssis (2, 52) et en ce que ladite carrosserie (3, 53) comprend une butée apte à venir en appui contre ledit moyeu (4a, 54a).
- Véhicule miniature selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque ergot (55a, 55b) comprend une extrémité (55a1, 55b1) en contre-dépouille.
- Véhicule miniature selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit cavalier (105) est venu de matière avec ladite carrosserie (103).
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyeu (104) est formé d'une pluralité de lamelles souples (104g).
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyeu (4a, 54a, 104a) est venu de matière avec ladite roue (4, 54, 104).
- Véhicule miniature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyeu est emmanché à force dans ladite roue.
