Description
- un profilé fixé le long du bord longitudinal correspondant de l'élément de voûte mobile, sous ledit élément, de façon à être adjacent sensiblement à la face intérieure de la costière correspondante tournée vers l'autre costière dans la position fermée de l'élément de voûte ;
- des moyens formant vérin fixés d'une part sur la face intérieure de la costière correspondante, d'autre part au profilé correspondant ;
- des moyens de guidage adaptés à maintenir sensiblement chaque profilé dans un plan parallèle à la face intérieure de la costière correspondante ;
- des moyens de coordination adaptés à maintenir les profilés de chaque côté de la voûte sensiblement dans un plan parallèle au plan défini par les bords longitudinaux de l'ouverture fermée par ledit exutoire lorsque l'élément de voûte mobile est déplacé par les moyens formant vérin ;
- les moyens de guidage, les moyens de coordination et les moyens formant vérins étant agencés de manière à permettre de lever sensiblement simultanément les deux profilés de l'élément de voûte mobile de façon à déplacer ledit élément de voûte jusqu'à sa position sortie en le maintenant sensiblement parallèle à lui-même, et réciproquement.

Claims (10)
- Exutoire (4) de désenfumage pour une voûte cintrée autoportante allongée (1) portée par deux costières (2) parallèles s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale (3) de la voûte (1), cet exutoire (4) comprenant au moins un élément de voûte (5) s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la largeur de la voûte (1) et mobile par rapport à celle-ci, et des moyens (6) formant vérin, pour lever les côtés de cet élément de voûte (5) de façon à déplacer ledit élément de voûte (5) vers sa position sortie pour ouvrir l'exutoire (4), ou d'abaisser ledit côté de façon à amener l'élément de voûte mobile (5) dans sa position rentrée sensiblement dans l'alignement des autres éléments de voûte fixes (7), pour fermer l'exutoire (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, de chaque côté de la voûte :un profilé (10) fixé le long du bord longitudinal (11) correspondant de l'élément de voûte mobile (5) sous ledit élément, de façon à être adjacent sensiblement à la face intérieure (9) de la costière (2) correspondante tournée vers l'autre costière (2) dans la position fermée de l'élément de voûte (5) ;des moyens formant vérin (6) fixés d'une part sur la face intérieure de la costière (2) correspondante, d'autre part au profilé (10) correspondant ;des moyens de guidage (12, 13, 32, 41) adaptés à maintenir sensiblement chaque profilé (10) dans un plan parallèle à la face intérieure (9) de la costière (2) correspondante ;des moyens de coordination (31) adaptés à maintenir les profilés (10) de chaque côté de la voûte sensiblement dans un plan parallèle au plan défini par les bords longitudinaux de l'ouverture (35) fermée par ledit exutoire (4) lorsque l'élément de voûte mobile (5) est déplacé par les moyens (6) formant vérin ;les moyens de guidage (12, 13, 32, 41), les moyens de coordination (31) et les moyens formant vérins (6) étant agencés de manière à permettre de lever sensiblement simultanément les deux profilés (10) de l'élément de voûte mobile (5) de façon à déplacer ledit élément de voûte (5) jusqu'à sa position sortie en le maintenant sensiblement parallèle à lui-même, et réciproquement.
- Exutoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, de chaque côté de la voûte un élément formant glissière (8) fixé sur la face intérieure (9) de la costière (2) correspondante tournée vers l'autre costière (2), et s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de voûte mobile (5) de façon à être situé au-dessous du profilé (10) correspondant dans la position fermée de l'élément de voûte (5), et en ce que les moyens de guidage (12,13) comprennent deux croisillons (12,13) articulés l'un par rapport à l'autre de manière pivotante autour d'un axe (14) transversal par rapport à la voûte (1) et fixés de manière pivotante autour d'axes transversaux respectifs à leur extrémité (12a,13a) située du même côté de l'élément de voûte (5) par rapport à ladite direction longitudinale (3), le premier croisillon (12) à l'élément formant glissière (8), le second croisillon (13) au profilé longitudinal (10), les deux croisillons (12,13) comportant à leur extrémité libre (12b,13b) un organe (17) adapté à coulisser respectivement, pour le premier croisillon (12) le long du profilé longitudinal (10), pour le second croisillon (13) le long de l'élément formant glissière (8).
- Exutoire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux vérins (6) fixés respectivement, d'une part à l'élément formant glissière (8), d'autre part au profilé longitudinal (10), correspondants, au voisinage de l'extrémité de ceux-ci opposée aux axes (15,16) de pivotement transversaux des croisillons (12,13) correspondants.
- Exutoire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de coordination comprennent un arbre de transmission (31) reliant l'un à l'autre les deux croisillons (12) articulés respectivement sur les éléments formant glissière (8), ledit arbre de transmission (31) étant disposé selon les axes de pivotement (15) alignés.
- Exutoire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque croisillon (12) comprend une bielle (32) ayant une extrémité (36) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre de transmission (31) et adaptée à pivoter autour de l'axe de rotation (15) dudit croisillon (12), et une autre extrémité (37) solidaire en rotation dudit croisillon (12).
- Exutoire selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (15) est fixé à l'extrémité (36) de la bielle (32), ladite bielle (32) étant adaptée à être placée contre la face extérieure de la paroi du profilé (22) opposée à la costière (2).
- Exutoire selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (37) de la bielle (32) porte un doigt (39) soudé sur le croisillon (12).
- Exutoire selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les croisillons (12,13) sont articulés l'un par rapport à l'autre sensiblement en leur milieu dans le sens de leur longueur.
- Exutoire selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une entretoise (41) est fixée sur chaque costière (2), l'emplacement et l'épaisseur de chaque entretoise (41) étant choisis de façon que le croisillon (13) qui porte à son extrémité libre (13b) un organe (17) coulissant dans le profilé (22) de la glissière (8) correspondante s'appuie sensiblement en permanence contre ladite entretoise (41).
- Exutoire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque profilé (10) est fixé à l'élément de voûte mobile (5) par un support (40) faisant avec la face intérieure (9) de la costière (2) un angle correspondant sensiblement à l'angle que fait l'aile supérieure inclinée (33) de ladite costière (2) avec ladite face (9).
