Claims (10)
- Procédé pour indiquer le poids d'une charge soulevée pendant une opération d'un chariot élévateur, où le courant adressé au moteur délivrant la puissance pour l'élévation est mesuré et utilisé comme une mesure de charge soulevée, caractérisé en ce que la mesure se produit à une vitesse constante d'élévation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mesure se produit seulement dans la zone d'élévation libre qui est le mouvement, lorsque le tablier porte-fourche se déplace sur un montant extensible qui lui est associé dans sa position la plus basse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par la détection de l'élévation libre qui est le mouvement, lorsque le tablier porte-fourche se déplace sur un montant extensible qui lui est associé dans sa position la plus basse ou non, et en ce que les différentes valeurs de courant sont retranchées de la valeur mesurée dont elle dépend si la mesure se produit dans la zone d'élévation libre ou au-dessus de celle-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse d'élevage est choisie lente pendant la mesure.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la marne vitesse est choisie de mesure en mesure.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un contrôle de la tension pendant la mesure qui doit être essentiellement constante pour indiquer une vitesse constante.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une compensation de l'accélération.
- Chariot élévateur comprenant un dispositif pour l'exécution du procédé tel que défini dans la revendication 1, comprenant un capteur de courant placé sur la ligne d'alimentation du moteur électrique qui entraíne la pompe hydraulique du chariot et comprenant une unité de calculs comparant le courant obtenu avec une valeur de courant enregistrée à l'avance à une élévation d'un poids étalonné et/ou, une élévation à vide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus un dispositif de présentation et des moyens de surveillance, et en ce que, durant la mesure, la vitesse du mouvement est constante.
- Chariot élévateur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de surveillance de la vitesse sont des moyens de surveillance du nombre de tours par minute du moteur de la pompe.
- Chariot élévateur selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus un capteur qui enregistre lorsque le montant est dans sa position la plus basse, zone d'élévation libre, et, en conséquence, l'élévation se produit seulement avec le tablier porte-fourche, et en ce qu'il comprend une mémoire additionnelle pour la valeur de courant qui est obtenue lors d'une élévation à vide au-dessus de la zone d'élévation libre, de manière à ce qu'elle en dépende, si l'élévation se produit dans la zone d'élévation libre ou au-dessus, celle-ci puisse retrancher en correspondance, lors d'une élévation à vide, les courants obtenus des valeurs correspondantes mesurées.
