Abstract
Ein Bauteil für insbesondere Landfahrzeuge, vorzugsweise Karosseriebauteil für Kraftfahrzeuge, bestehend aus einem metallischen Schaumwerkstoff mit einer Metallpulver und Treibmittel umfassenden aufgeschäumten porösen Schicht, und eventuell zumindest einem massivmetallischen Blech, wobei zwischen dem massivmetallischen Blech und der aufgeschäumten porösen Schicht metallische Bindungen bestehen, weist zumindest eine aus seiner Fläche (1'') erhaben ausgeprägte Kontur (1') auf, wobei die im Bereich der Übergänge zwischen der dreidimensional ausgeformten Kontur (1') und dem Flächenbereich (1'') vorkommenden Winkel (α) in einer Größenordnung zwischen 100° und 180° gehalten sind. Zu dessen Herstellung wird ein im wesentlichen flächiger metallischer Schaumwerkstoff, der mit massivmetallischen Blechen als Deckschichten versehen sein kann, zunächst zu einem einseitig endkonturierten Formhalbzeug umgeformt und das so gebildete Formhalbzeug in eine mit einer Wandung an dessen endkonturierte Seite angepaßte Aufschäumform und darin aufgeschäumt.
