Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'articulation destiné à assurer la liaison entre au moins une extrémité d'un élément de préhension tel que poignée ou anse et un sac à main ou bagage similaire, par l'intermédiaire d'un anneau reliant ladite paroi du sac, oeillet dans lequel il s'articule librement en rotation.
L'inconvénient majeur de ce type de dispositif réside dans le fait que l'anneau est de façon connue fermé sur lui-même et s'articule librement et en tous sens dans l'oeillet à la manière de deux maillons d'une chaíne. Il s'en suit une détérioration rapide des surfaces de contact de l'anneau et de l'oeillet conduisant non seulement à la dégradation esthétique de l'ensemble mais pouvant aller parfois, en cas d'utilisation intense, jusqu'à la rupture de l'anneau par usure.
Un tel inconvénient est bien entendu mal toléré par les fabricants de ce type d'articles et à plus forte raison lorsqu'il s'agit d'articles de luxes tels que les sacs à main haut de gamme par exemple, qui se doivent d'avoir une certaine tenue dans le temps pour la satisfaction du client et en même temps pour l'image de marque du créateur et fabricant.
La présente invention a pour but d'atteindre cet objectif en apportant une solution au problème précité.
A cet effet elle concerne un dispositif d'articulation destiné à assurer la liaison entre au moins une extrémité d'un élément de préhension tel que poignée ou anse et un sac à main ou bagage similaire, par l'intermédiaire d'un anneau reliant ladite paroi du sac, oeillet dans lequel il s'articule librement en rotation, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de liaison est initialement ouvert et dispose d'un organe de fermeture ultérieure qui est constitué par un axe d'articulation amovible apte à être préalablement inserré librement dans un fourreau correspondant, rapporté fixement à l'intérieur de l'oeillet, en vu d'une coopération de ses extrémités libres avec celles correspondantes de l'anneau ouvert, après que celui-ci ait été placé en cavalier sur le rebord de la paroi du sac en regard de l'oeillet.
De cette manière on comprend aisément que l'axe d'articulation, s'articule librement dans un sens uniquement transversal et non plus dans tous les sens comme précédemment connu, ce qui limite les détériorations précitées. Celles-ci n'ayant lieu en tout état de cause qu'à l'intérieur du fourreau, donc non visible et inéfficace sur l'aspect externe de l'oeillet et de l'anneau. Ceci est de nature à conserver au sac un aspect irréprochable dans le temps.
De plus l'axe d'articulation amovible constitue une pièce d'usure en soi et pourra être aisément remplacé si besoin sans aucune intervention sur les autres élements.
L'invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront-être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
Cette description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment l'invention peut-etre réalisée, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
  • La figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un dispositif d'articulation en place sur un bagage à main selon l'invention.
  • La figure 2 représente une vue en éclatée en coupe transversale du dispositif d'articulation selon la figure 1, constituant un synoptique de montage sur le sac.
  • La figure 3 représente une vue de face d'une partie du sac selon la figure 2 avant montage du dispositif d'articulation.
  • La figure 4 représente une vue en coupe transversale d'un dispositif d'articulation selon la figure 2, après montage sur le sac.
    • Le sac à main partiellement représenté sur les figures comprend au moins une paroi 1 sur laquelle est destinée être fixé un élément de préhension en l'occurrence une anse 2 par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'articulation 3 globalement désigné apte à coopérer avec un oeillet 4 rapporté sur la paroi 1 du sac.
    Le dispositif d'articulation 3 comporte un anneau 5 reliant l'extrémité libre de l'anse 2 à l'oeillet 4 dans lequel il s'articule librement.
    Selon l'invention l'anneau de liaison 5 est initialement ouvert 0 et dispose d'un organe de fermeture ultérieure qui est constitué par un axe d'articulation amovible 6 apte à être préalablement inseré librement dans un fourreau correspondant 7, rapporté fixement à l'intérieur de l'oeillet 4, en vue d'une coopération de ses extrémités libres 6a, 6b avec celles correspondantes 5a, 5b de l'anneau ouvert 5, après que celui-ci ait été placé en cavalier sur le rebord de la paroi 1 du sac en regard de l'oeillet 4.
    Préférentiellement l'axe 6 d'articulation et de fermeture de l'anneau 5 sur lui-même est un axe à pompes contitué par un corps tubulaire 6c, de longueur L sensiblement correspondante à celle L' de l'ouverture 0 de l'anneau 5 et à l'intérieur duquel corps est logé un ressort à compression 8 agissant en poussée F sur deux goujons opposés 6a, 6b. Ceux-ci sont disposés à chacune de ses extémités, et coulissent librement de part et d'autre du corps creux 6c, de manière à ce qu'ils puissent s'escamoter à l'intérieur de celui-ci 6c pour permettre l'insertion de l'axe d'articulation 6 dans l'ouverture 0 de l'anneau ouvert 5 après avoir traversé le fourreau 7 solidaire d'une partie interne 4a de l'oeillet 4, pour venir s'ancrer dans deux logements correspondants 9 et 10 ménagés aux extrémités 5a, 5b dudit anneau ouvert 5, en reprenant leur position initiale.
    De manière à faciliter la rotation de l'axe 6 sur lui-même à l'intérieur du fourreau 7 celui-ci est un tronçon de tube cylindrique dont le diamètre interne est supérieur au diamètre externe de l'axe d'articulation 6 qu'il reçoit.
    Comme le montrent les figures et plus particulièrement la figure 4 le fourreau 7 est rapporté à l'intérieur de l'oeillet 4 de manière excentrée, dans une zone supérieure de celui-ci.
    Le fourreau 7 est rapporté dans l'oeillet 4 par l'intermédairie de points de soudure 11. Bien entendu tous autres moyens tels que collage, ou obtention simultanée du fourreau 7 avec l'oeillet 4 par moulage, pourraient être envisagés.
    Selon le présent exemple de réalisation l'oeillet 4 est constitué par deux flasques parallèles 4b, 4c enserrant la paroi 1 du sac de part et d'autre de ses faces 1a, 1b, et reliés entre eux par un moyeu central cylindrique creux 4d dont la périphérie externe 4e est destinée à traverser un trou pratiqué dans la paroi 1 du sac et dont la périphérie interne 4f correspond à celle 4a de l'oeillet 4 sur laquelle est fixé le fourreau.
    Enfin l'épaisseur totale L" de l'oeillet 4, la longueur L"' du fourreau 7 qui y est logé, la longueur L de l'axe d'articulation 6 et la longueur L' de l'ouverture 0 de l'anneau 5 sont sensiblement indentiques au jeu nécessaire près.

    Claims (7)

    1. Dispositif d'articulation destiné à assurer la liaison entre au moins une extrémité d'un élément de préhension tel que poignée ou anse (2) et un sac à main ou bagage similaire, par l'intermédiaire d'un anneau (5) reliant ladite extrémité libre de l'organe de préhension (2) à un oeillet (4) réalisé ou rapporté sur une paroi (1) du sac, oeillet (4) dans lequel il s'articule librement en rotation, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de liaison (5) est initialement ouvert (0) et dispose d'un organe de fermeture ultérieure qui est constitué par un axe d'articulation amovible (6) apte à être préalablement inseré librement dans un fourreau correspondant (7), rapporté fixement à l'intérieur de l'oeillet (4), en vu d'une coopération de ses extrémités libres (6a, 6b) avec celles correspondantes (5a, 5b) de l'anneau ouvert (5), après que celui-ci ait été placé en cavalier sur le rebord de la paroi (1) du sac en regard de l'oeillet (4).
    2. Dispositif d'articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en que l'axe (6) d'articulation et de fermeture de l'anneau (5) sur lui-même est un axe à pompes contitué par un corps tubulaire (6c), de longueur (L) sensiblement correspondante à celle (L') de l'ouverture (0) de l'anneau (5), et à l'intérieur duquel corps est logé un ressort à compression (8) agissant en poussée (F) sur deux goujons opposés (6a, 6b) disposés à chacune de ses extémités, et coulissant librement de part et d'autre du corps creux (6c), de manière à ce qu'ils puissent s'escamoter à l'intérieur de celui-ci (6c) pour permettre l'insertion de l'axe d'articulation (6) dans l'ouverture (0) de l'anneau ouvert (5), après avoir traversé le fourreau (7) solidaire d'une partie interne (4a) de l'oeillet (4), pour venir s'ancrer dans deux logements correspondants (9 et 10) ménagés aux extrémités (5a, 5b) dudit anneau ouvert (5), en reprenant leur position initiale.
    3. Dispositif d'articulation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en que le fourreau (7) est un tronçon de tube cylindrique dont le diamètre interne est supérieur au diamètre externe de l'axe d'articulation (6) qu'il reçoit.
    4. Dispositif d'articulation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en que le fourreau (7) est rapporté à l'intérieur de l'oeillet (4) de manière excentrée, dans une zone supérieure de celui-ci.
    5. Dispositif d'articulation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en que le fourreau (7) est rapporté dans l'oeillet par soudure (11).
    6. Dispositif d'articulation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en que l'oeillet (4) est constitué par deux flasques parallèles (4b, 4c) enserrant la paroi (1) du sac de part et d'autre de ses faces (1a, 1b), et reliés entre eux par un moyeu central cylindrique creux (4d) dont la périphérie externe (4e) est destinée à traverser un trou pratiqué dans la paroi (1) du sac et dont la périphérie interne (4f) correspond à celle (4a) de l'oeillet (4) sur laquelle est fixé le fourreau.
    7. Dispositif d'articulation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en que l'épaisseur totale (L") de l'oeillet (4), la longueur (L"') du fourreau (7) qui y est logé, la longueur L de l'axe d'articulation (6), et la longueur (L') de l'ouverture (0) de l'anneau (5) sont sensiblement indentiques au jeu nécessaire près.
