Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roof tile for inclined Edges of a roof, e.g. for a throat or for a ridge.
Roof grooves and ridges are known; Roof ridges covered by tunnel-like roof tiles, whereas at Roof fillets a special substructure in the form of a so-called Throat formwork is provided. The throat formwork settles in the essentially of two arranged along the throat Wooden boards together, on which the Connect roof battens. It is stored on the throat board Flashing plate, made of aluminum or zinc, for example extends approximately 25 cm into the roof on both sides.
The roof tiles are located on the flashing, with the Roof tiles with an edge parallel to the throat exhibit. To create this oblique edge the roof tiles must be cut accordingly. The Roof tiles are essentially cut with the help a so-called separator; this can be done hands-free done by the roofer short the appropriate tile and then the roof tile on the knee, by hand holding, with the separator cuts accordingly. Then the brick is used. If this with the rest Roof tiles are not essentially straight, and also parallel to the edge of the throat, it becomes again removed and, if necessary, cut to then to be reinstated. Especially with hands-free Cutting the roof tiles with the divider happen very many work accidents. If the throat is very long, too often proceeded so that the roof tiles are only rough can be pre-cut and then after the roof has been laid parallel to the throat with the divider along the bricks cut to create a straight edge. Here then there is a risk that the separator in the Bricks in, and the flashing if necessary severed. At such points, water then preferably penetrates into the roof.
The invention is therefore based on the object Dachstein for sloping edges of a roof, for example for a throat or a ridge, with the correspondingly oblique without cutting running edge can be formed.
The object is achieved in that the Longitudinal Dachstein in the form of individual segments is trained. These individual segments are preferred connectable relative to each other, so that the individual segments according to the slope of the Throat can be used parallel to the throat. In detail provided that the segments, as is usual with roof tiles, are positively and loosely connectable.
Darüber hinaus benötigt man keine teueren Aggregate, z. A positive connection of the segments in this form can be done for example by tongue and groove elements. The advantage of such a construction of an oblique trending edge of a roof is also that none unsightly cut beads are more visible at Sloping ceilings, e.g. B. roof oriels, with sheets or boards should be disguised. Also from an environmental point of view brings the construction according to the invention advantages in that no dust pollution of the employees there is more. In addition, you don't need expensive ones Aggregates, e.g. B. generators to operate the Trennjäger, and besides, no brick waste falls on the roof or the construction site, which is collected and must be disposed of.
The Dachstein has a special feature at least from a closed connection segment, one Watercourse segment and an open connection segment.
The closed connection segment is overlapping with the adjacent open connection segment in a connection such that the two connecting segments interlocking are connected to each other, as is the connection of usual roof tiles is known. In detail, however, it is always so that the number of segments of the segmented Dachstein corresponds to the number of segments in which a given Dachstein can be divided meaningfully. That is, a segmented roof tile always has the same structure, like an unsegmented Dachstein.
A complete Dachstein consists in particular of one closed connection segment, two watercourse segments, a deck segment and an open connection segment. This a total of five segments, which, as already stated, positive and loose, but to form the corresponding slope can be moved relative to one another, form a complete roof tile, e.g. Legs Taunus pan. That is, when using such a brick the roof picture is not disturbed because the roof tile for the Build up in the throat area is the same as on the remaining roof. The individual segments can, for example with Velcro fasteners to be fixed on the flashing.
According to a further advantageous feature of the invention the cover segment has a cushion on the underside; this Pillow serves to cover the deck segment with its lower End on the flashing to prevent that Flying snow can penetrate under the roof. The same purpose also serves the measure of being parallel on the flashing a wedge is arranged under the bricks to the valley of the valley tapering towards the rooftop. Because of the construction of a roof tile has the first segment of a roof tile, namely the connecting segment, a distance of about 23 mm to Flashing iron on. This vertical distance builds up over the Width of the roof tile down to about zero. In this respect by the wedge prevents flying snow under the roof penetrates.
To cover the area of the ridge, it is also provided that that the watercourse segments on their underside at least one end have a nose member that engages with the roof batten is standing, so that it is on the roof batten supports.
According to a further feature of the invention, this Roof segment a transverse to the longitudinal axis Predetermined breaking point to the segment with the help of a To be able to cut brick tongs to the required length. The individual segments can, especially at the end of the The slope of a brick cannot be as long as it is otherwise run into the area of the rear tile and toast or pick it up.
The deck segment is advantageously rounded at both ends, so the other half of the deck segment when this is cut or pinched, in the formation of the next roof tile can be used again.
