Abstract

Auf der flachen Oberseite des Trägerteils 15 ist die plattenförmige Handhabe 17 aus Edelstahl geschraubt. In Auflagebereich ist die Handhabe 17 als ebene Platte ausgeführt, die im Bereich vor der Ofentür 5, sich von dieser nach vorne wegerstreckend, über die gesamte Breite gleichmäßig einen Bogen beschreibend, nach unten gebogen ist. A mixing chamber 31 formed in the interior of the carrier part 15 for the various air streams flowing into the carrier part is additionally delimited on both sides of the various openings 25, 27, 29 by side walls 32 and opened towards the handle 17. In ihrem dem Gargerät abgewandten Endabschnitt ist die untere Griffmuschelabdeckung 35 U-förmig ausgebildet, wobei sie über die gesamte Breite der Abdeckung 35 eine Aufnahmenut 39 für die Handhabe 17 in diesem Bereich bildet. Die Verbindung der unteren Griffmuschelabdeckung 35 mit der oberen Griffmuschelabdeckung 33 ist durch Ultraschallschweißen realisiert. Dazu besitzt die obere Griffmuschelabdeckung 33, die als entsprechend der Handhabe 17 gebogene Platte ausgeführt ist, an ihrer Unterseite Verbindungszapfen 41. Mit diesen wird die obere Griffmuschelabdeckung 33 in entsprechende Öffnungen der Metallhandhabe 17 gesteckt und dann mit der unteren Griffmuschelabdeckung 35 fest verbunden. Im Anschluß an den gargeräteseitigen Endabschnitt der oberen Griffmuschelabdeckung 33 ist ein Lüftungsschlitz 42 angeordnet, der durch entsprechende Öffnungen der unteren Abdeckung 35 und der Handhabe 17 gebildet ist. Der Lüftungsschlitz 42 verbessert die Kühlung der Handhabe in diesem Bereich, ist jedoch für die beanspruchte Erfindung nicht zwingend erforderlich.In the middle of the width of the door 5 or the handle 17, an upper grip cover 33 and a lower grip cover 35 made of thermoplastic material are fastened to it. Die untere Griffmuschelabdeckung 43 wird entsprechend Fig. 2 an dem Trägerteil 15 angesetzt und mit der Handhabe 17 bzw. der oberen Griffmuschelabdeckung 33 verbunden. Die untere Griffmuschelabdeckung 43 bzw. der Rahmen 45 weisen über die gesamte Handhabenbreite entsprechend Figur 2 eine Aufnahmenut 47 auf, in die die Handhabe gesteckt wird (Fig. 4a). In den drei anderen Seitenbereichen des rechteckigen Rahmens 45 wird die Metallplatte entsprechend Figur 4b eingefaßt. In den beiden kurzen Seiten des Rahmens ist dieser entsprechend der Biegung der Handhabe 17 ausgeformt. Nach dem Einlegen der Handhabe 17 in den Rahmen 45 sind deren Randkanten für einen Betrachter nicht mehr sichtbar und berührbar. Eine aufwendige Kantennachbearbeitung bei der Edelstahl-Handhabe 17, insbesondere an deren unterseitigen Randkanten kann entfallen. Dazu kann der Rahmen 45 auf vielfältige, naheliegende Weise abgewandelt werden, insbesondere kann der Rahmen 45 auch ohne die Griffmuschelabdeckung 43 oder getrennt von dieser realisiert sein.FIG. 3 shows a lower grip cover 43 according to FIG. 2, to which a frame 45 for the handle 17 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is molded.
