Claims (10)
- Couvercle agitateur pour les machines d'agitation de peinture à chaínes d'entraínement (17) et pour les machines d'agitation de peinture à vis sans fin d'entraínement (5), du type supporté en suspension sur les étagères (3) des machines d'agitation au moyen de glissières transversales et comportant un pignon supérieur (7) d'entraínement de l'axe agitateur (9) venant en prise en service sur l'élément d'entraínement de machine, chaíne (17) ou vis sans fin (5) d'étagère, lorsqu'il est convenablement positionné relativement audit élément d'entraínement d'étagère, couvercle caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un premier pignon d'engrenage hélicoïdal (7) pour la prise de mouvement sur un élément à vis sans fin (5) d'une machine d'agitation à entraínement par vis sans fin, monté fixe à l'extrémité supérieure de l'axe agitateur (9) du couvercle, et un second pignon amovible d'engrenage droit (19) et de diamètre plus grand que ledit premier pignon (7), destiné à venir en prise en service sur un élément à chaíne d'entraínement (17) de machine d'agitation, ce second pignon (19) comportant des crochets (27) sur sa face inférieure, destinés à s'engager en prise sur le premier pignon (7) par des éléments récepteurs adéquats (11) pour permettre son montage coaxial sur ce dernier.
- Couvercle agitateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second pignon (19) est conformé pour que ses éléments de denture d'engrenage (21), lorsqu'il est monté crocheté sur le premier pignon (7), soient sensiblement dans le même plan que ceux (11) du premier pignon.
- Couvercle agitateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits crochets (27) ont une forme variable de même que les éléments récepteurs complémentaires (11) sur le premier pignon (7).
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les crochets (27) du second pignon (19) sont disposés sur un cercle coaxial au pignon et de diamètre celui du premier pignon (7) et sont positionnés régulièrement sur ce cercle, selon un angle égal de l'un à l'autre, les crochets (27) étant conformés pour venir en prise sur les dents de périphérie (11) du premier pignon (7).
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits crochets (27) sont de type à rappel de crochetage élastique permettant le montage rapide en encliquetage du second pignon (19) sur le premier par simple poussée et, inversement, son démontage facile par écartement des crochets (27), pour autoriser la mise en service du premier pignon seul (7) sur une machine à vis sans fin d'entraínement.
- Couvercle agitateur selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits crochets (27) ont une largeur équivalente à deux dents d'engrenage (11) du premier pignon (7) pour venir en prise chacun sur deux dents de ce pignon.
- Couvercle agitateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits crochets (27) comportent un pion médian en saillie correspondant au creux entre deux dents d'engrenage (11) du premier pignon (7), interdisant le glissement en rotation du second pignon (19) sur le premier (7).
- Couvercle agitateur selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit second pignon (19) est à forme de disque (23) ouvert sur sa face inférieure et pourvu de dents d'engrenage droit (21) sur sa périphérie, et comporte des crochets à forme de J (27) destinés à venir en prise sur les éléments de denture d'engrenage (11) du premier pignon (7) avec le nez de crochetage (29) (jambe transversale inférieur du J) pincé à leur partie inférieure, le second pignon (19) recevant par son ouverture (25) le premier pignon (7) monté maintenu coaxialement et sans jeu par lesdits crochets (27) à forme de J.
- Pignon amovible destiné à un couvercle agitateur pour les machines d'agitation de peinture à chaínes d'entraínement (17) et pour les machines d'agitation de peinture à vis sans fin d'entraínement (5), le couvercle étant du type supporté en suspension sur les étagères (3) des machines d'agitation au moyen de glissières transversales et comportant un pignon supérieur (7) d'engrenage hélicoidal d'entraínement de l'axe agitateur (9) monté fixe à l'extrémité supérieure de l'axe agitateur (9) du couvercle et venant en prise en service sur l'élément d'entraínement de machine à vis sans fin (5) d'étagère, lorsqu'il est convenablement positionné relativement audit élément d'entraínement d'étagère, pignon amovible caractérisé en ce qu'il est de type à engrenage droit (19) et de diamètre plus grand que ledit pignon supérieur(7), étant destiné à venir en prise en service sur un élément à chaíne d'entraínement (17) de machine d'agitation, et en ce qu'il comporte des crochets (27) sur sa face inférieure, destinés à s'engager en prise sur le pignon (7) par des éléments récepteurs adéquats (11) pour permettre son montage coaxial sur ce dernier.
- Pignon amovible selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est à forme de disque (23) ouvert en (25) sur sa face inférieure et pourvu de dents d'engrenage droit (21) sur sa périphérie, et comporte des crochets à forme de J (27) destinés à venir en prise sur les éléments de denture d'engrenage (11) du pignon supérieur (7) avec le nez de crochetage (29) (jambe transversale inférieur du J) pincé à leur partie inférieure, recevant par son ouverture (25) le pignon (7) pour être monté coaxialement et maintenu sans jeu sur ce dernier par l'engagement desdits crochets (27) entre ses éléments de denture (11).
