Description
The invention relates to a method for producing Container carriers and packaging of containers in container carriers and an apparatus for performing the method.
The invention relates to container carriers that a box-shaped carrier from a one-piece Cutting foldable flat material with a bottom wall, Side walls on the long sides and end walls on the Have transverse sides and which can be open at the top. In addition these carrier containers have an inserted middle wall another cut of foldable flat material with Cross flaps, which fold out compartments for the container form in the carrying containers. It relates referring to carrying containers, the middle walls of which are grip sections have protruding from the top opening. Carrier of the type mentioned are in DE-OS 28 36 826 and in DE-OS 30 33 773 described.
In the latter document there is also a procedure for Manufacture of container carriers and packaging of containers shown in container carrier. Accordingly, should be separated manufactured, flat blanks for a carrying container and a carrying and separating insert (middle wall) of a packaging system be fed. The pre-assembled or in of the packaging system made-up carrying and separating insert should be unfolded to form compartments and brought together with a group of containers. Subsequently should the carrier container cut around the arrangement from container group and carrying and separating insert to the carrying container unfolded and connected to it. Here the unfolded carrying and separating insert should be from above a prepared container group can be attached. In In practice, the process is carried out in such a way that groups of containers on the floors of flat carrier cut-outs pushed and then the middle walls with folded cross flaps from above between the rows of the container groups. Thereby, carrying connection tabs become on the bottom sides of the middle walls of threaded into openings in the bottom walls at the top. Subsequently the side walls of the carrier cut to size the long sides of the container folded. Furthermore, the Support connecting straps with the outer sides of the floor walls of the blanks glued and connecting tabs on the front of the middle walls and end walls of the carrier container blanks folded against the short sides of the bottles and glued together. The latter happens across the direction of transport.
This packaging technique is particularly because of the vertical Feeding the middle walls by threading the Carrying connection brackets complex and prone to failure. Moreover is the closing of the end walls in the transverse direction of the Transport route problematic because there is an interference between the partially finished packs and a movement which requires tools in the direction of transport. This can affect the appearance of the packaging.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is a method and an apparatus of the aforementioned Kind of creating the less complex and less prone to failure are and with which the container carriers are safer the intended form can be given.
The task is accomplished through a process with the characteristics of
In the packaging technology according to the invention, two endless rows of containers merged and before merging the rows of containers the middle walls against groups of containers one of the rows of containers placed and folded out Cross fold between the containers of the container groups stuck. The second row of containers is against the other side of the middle walls and between those located there Cross flaps guided. This essentially becomes a horizontal approach of the middle walls to the Bottles allows for a significant reduction effort and reduction in susceptibility to failure achieved becomes. Also by bringing up the blanks of the carrying container to the container groups with the already the middle walls arranged in between are the threading facilitated by floor connecting lugs in the floor walls, which also reduces effort and susceptibility to failure become. This also serves to turn the blanks with the container groups before folding and gluing the End walls with the transverse sides in the direction of transport. Therefor can then use simple stationary guidance devices and glue nozzles applied to the continuous packs become. In addition, the then more controlled folding and Adhesive processes shapely packs achieved.
