Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de doublage et d'enroulement pour fabriquer des carcasses de courroies de transport ou d'entraínement ayant des tambours d'enroulement (17, 18) et un transporteur de doublage (9) agencé entre les tambours d'enroulement (17, 18), ainsi qu'un dispositif d'amenée (1) pour des bandes (2) à doubler ou à enrouler,
    caractérisé en ce que, entre le dispositif d'amenée (1) et le transporteur de doublage (9), sont agencés deux transporteurs de transfert et d'application (4, 5) guidés vers le bas de façon inclinée dans des sens opposés, lesquels peuvent pivoter, par leur extrémité inférieure, jusqu'à proximité directe du transporteur de doublage (9) et qui peuvent être positionnés alternativement à une sortie du dispositif d'amenée (1), de sorte que les bandes (2) peuvent être automatiquement transférées et appliquées sur le transporteur de doublage (9) ou sur les bandes (2) se trouvant sur le transporteur de doublage (9).
  2. Dispositif de doublage et d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, sur le transporteur de transfert et d'application (4, 5), sont agencés des moyens pour détecter la tension de la bande amenée (2, 22, 23), au moyen desquels la vitesse du transporteur de doublage (9) peut être adaptée.
  3. Dispositif de doublage et d'enroulement selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que, sur le dispositif d'amenée (1), sont agencés des moyens pour détecter la tension de bande, grâce auxquels la vitesse du dispositif d'amenée (1) est réglable, et en ce que, sur le transporteur de doublage (9), sont agencés des moyens pour détecter la tension de bande, grâce auxquels la vitesse des tambours d'enroulement (17, 18) est réglable.
  4. Dispositif de doublage et d'enroulement selon les revendications 2 et/ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour détecter la tension de bande sont réalisés comme des rouleaux de mesure de force (6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 20).
