Claims (10)
- Tintenbehälter zur Speisung eines Druckmoduls in einem Druckkopf einer Frankiermaschine, wobei der Behälter in den Druckkopf (1) integriert ist und ein Zwischenspeichermittel (10) zur Speicherung eines bestimmten Hauptvolumens (12) mit einer zentralen Symmetriezone (S), ein Mittel (16), um die Tinte aus einer Tintenreserve (5) in der Basis (6) der Frankiermaschine bis zu dem Zwischenspeichermittel zu bringen, und ein Ansaugmittel (18) enthält, um die Tinte aus dem Zwischenspeichermittel zu entnehmen und zum Druckmodul (3) zu bringen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter außerdem ein Mittel (22, 24) zur Definition einer freien Tintenoberfläche (40) entfernt von der Symmetriezone aufweist und daß das Ansaugmittel (18) in das Zwischenspeichermittel (10) bis in die Nähe der zentralen Symmetriezone eintaucht, sodaß das Ansaugmittel unabhängig von der Lage des Behälters im Raum permanent in das Tintenvolumen eingetaucht bleibt.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zur Definition der freien Tintenoberfläche eine Überlaufleitung (22) enthält, die überschüssige aus der Reserve (5) geholte Tinte in einen Überlaufraum (24) des Behälters ableitet.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zur Definition der freien Tintenoberfläche ein Mittel (7) enthält, das in jedem Zeitpunkt einen Mindesttintenpegel im Zwischenspeichermittel (10) unabhängig von der durch den Druckmodul entnommenen Tinte gewährleisten soll.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er weiter eine Belüftungsleitung aufweist, um selektiv das Zwischenspeichermittel (10) auf atmosphärischem Druck zu halten.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenspeichermittel eine allgemein zylindrische Form besitzt, in deren Symmetrieachse zwei einander gegenüberliegende, vorspringende und sich nicht berührende Bereiche liegen, die zwischen sich die zentrale Symmetriezone bilden.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der vorspringenden Bereiche das Ansaugmittel (18) enthält.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorspringenden Bereiche außen eine Kegelstumpfform oder eine sphärische Form besitzen, um ein Anhaften von Luftbläschen zu verhindern.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ansaugmittel selektiv durch eine Verschlußvorrichtung, vorzugsweise eine Scheibe (30), verschlossen werden kann.
- Integrierter Tintenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ansaugmittel außerdem ein Filtersieb (20) enthält, um das Ansaugen von Fremdkörpern in den Druckmodul (3) zu verhindern.
- Druckkopf einer Frankiermaschine mit einem inegrierten Tintenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
