Definitions
- the present invention relates to a blind device mobile, especially for timepieces, according to preamble to independent claims 1, 2 and 4.
- the device comprises two lateral supports, parallel to the plane 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and welded on the corresponding sides of a rectangular middle a timepiece, each of these supports being provided with a closed circuit groove made around the trace formed between said face of the middle part and the face inside of the support.
- the blind itself is formed tubular elements interconnected, while the ends of these elements have wires guided in the grooves, the blind being thus movable above ice.
- the means of the device allow an execution relatively flat and are designed to equip in particular a high-end wristwatch.
- the object of the invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, that is, on the one hand, to obtain a sliding of the curtain which is perfect and reliable, so as to meet the most demanding requirements draconian clientele and, on the other hand, correlatively, to master this function of sliding, so that any untimely movement of the curtain is impossible.
- the blind device being, as as we said, planned more particularly for a high watch range, we can observe that the search for solutions is all the more awkward that account should be taken of specific constraints, in addition to the constraints posed by generally by miniaturization (the implementation in the same way generally encountering problems increasing according to whether the dimensions of it are more reduced).
- the first relates to the choice materials, which cannot be done arbitrarily, rules to be observed for this type of watch; the second relates to the aspect of aesthetics, since, if is essential that the operation of the device be flawless it is no less important than this function not only does not sacrifice imperatives dictated by this component, but on the contrary serves these, allowing to improve and vary the finishes, this at the best cost.
- the box 1 provided with the movable blind or curtain device flexible 2 consists of a middle part 4, a base 5 and a glass 13, these three elements housing a movement 11 at which is connected a crown 12, said device itself comprising two stretchers 3, blind shafts 21 forming the blind and linked together by links 25, bearings 24, a stop device 9 and a protective plate 6 (Fig. 1, 2 and 3).
- Each stretcher 3 is in the symmetrical form of a oblong handle with rounded ends (see Fig. 4).
- a clearance 30 is delimited by a face 301 extending in lengthwise and by two faces 302 perpendicular to it.
- Face 32 facing the inside of the middle part 4 has a guide groove 33 composed of a rectilinear portion 34 extended on both sides and other of a circular portion 35 each opening on the clearance 30.
- Each stretcher finally presents, arranged symmetrically with respect to the plane of symmetry not shown, two internal threads 37, two retaining housings 38 provided for immobilizing the stop device on which we will come back to later and two blind holes 39 for receive the ends of a bar not shown.
- the middle part 4 of generally rectangular shape (Fig. 1 and 5), has two lateral flanks 41 extending in the direction of plan 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and two adjacent grooves 42 (see also Fig. 3), the width of which corresponds to the thickness of the stretchers 3.
- a stretcher 3 adjusts against the internal face 421 of the flank 41 and in said groove 42, the length of the recess 30 of the stretcher corresponding to that of the groove 42.
- the bottom shown only in section in Figure 3, has also a generally rectangular shape and adjusts with precision under the middle part 4, to which it is fixed by means of screws (not shown), the middle having on the face from below (not referenced) four tapping 45 (Fig. 5).
- the protection plate 6 consists of a plate rectangular whose edges, raised at 90 °, are parallel at 6:00 am - 12:00 pm and engaged in turn in two corresponding grooves 51 made on the face of below the bottom.
- the protection plate 6 is fixed to the bottom 5 in these grooves by welding or gluing.
- each circuit extends in a plan parallel to the plan 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and envelope in some so the middle, the two portions of circular grooves 35 of stretchers 3 opening onto a groove portion straight 63 opposite and parallel to the groove 34 of the stretcher 3 and formed, on the one hand, by a flat 52 of the bottom 5 and, on the other hand, by a flat 61 and a face 62 (perpendicular to the flat 61) of the protective plate 6 (Fig. 1 and 3).
- the awning is made up of juxtaposed awning axes 21 the number of which is of course a function of their diameter and the size of the case.
- These axes 21, which are preferably attached in one piece, have a roller blind 211 each of whose two ends is extended by an axis link 212 whose length corresponds to twice the thickness of a connecting link 25 (see FIG. 3), and a rolling pin 213 whose length corresponds to the thickness of a bearing 24.
- the pins 21 are assembled between them on each side via two rows adjacent connecting links 25 arranged on the axes of link 212 and offset, according to the example, by one step one by compared to the other: the internal row of links 25 allows to form a succession of pairs of blind axes, the outer row allowing, due to this offset, to connect these pairs together. As shown in Figure 2, the two end parts of the outer row of links are completed each time with a half link made up a ring 26.
- bearing 24 made of very high hardness material and with very high self-lubricating power.
- the bearings 24 consist of rubies whose properties meet these requirements.
- the blind can thus evolve above the glass 13 (see Fig. 1), so that you can cover it or leave it totally or partially apparent, at will, the operation being facilitated by a blind button 27.
- the maximum movement is limited by a stop device 9 known, formed by a series of stop axes which are axes similar or identical to the shafts of blind 21, said stop device comprising an opening stop 202 (shown in Figure 1, although not apparent because positioned on the bottom side) and a closing stop 201, positioned on the dial side, the latter being able to cooperate with the button 27 arranged on the first blind axis of the mobile awning to allow it to be locked in the closed position.
- the stop device 9 is secured to stretchers by known means and not described, for example by engagement of the ends of an axis abutment in blind housings 38 arranged in the stretchers 3 (Fig. 3).
- the position of the blind is maintained in any position arbitrary wanted by the wearer, whatever wrist movements, thanks to a brake device 7 (Fig. 2).
- the latter comprises a tubular element 72, of same length as rollers 211, completely housing a elastic member 73 (according to the example a coil spring) and, partially, two brake pins 71 arranged on one side and other of said spring 73.
- Each brake pin 71 has a sliding pin 711 whose diameter corresponds to internal diameter of tube 72, this sliding axis being extended, on one side, by a penetrating spring axis 714 in spring 73, the latter resting on the shoulder formed by the difference in diameters of the axes 711 and 714, and, on the other side, by a connecting axis 712 and a rolling axis 713, equivalent to the connecting axes 212 and the rolling axes 213 respectively.
- This device preferably mounted on the front of the awning, that is to say near the blind axis provided with the button 27.
- the elastic member 73 acts permanently on the two brake pins 711, the latter acting at their tower on 24 A ruby bearings, which exert thus a pressure against the faces parallel to the plane 6:00 am - 12 noon of the grooves 33 of the stretchers 3.
- the characteristics of the elastic member 73 will be chosen and defined according to the desired braking force resulting from said pressure.
- the protective plate 6 can be constituted as a grid, or be openwork, so as to reproduce a logo or a name, for example the name of the manufacturer, or any other sign. It is easy to see that the vision of scrolling of the blind, i.e. rollers 211 (the case if necessary decorated with precious stones), behind the grid or openwork, produce a most refined aesthetic effect.
- the supports comprising the closed circuit groove were welded on the middle.
- the high temperature of this had the effect of softening the material and modify the geometry of the parts, resulting, as we have said in the introduction, a risk of wear, seizure or jamming of the blind.
- the supports in the form of stretchers, are reported screwed.
- they have a higher hardness, this which considerably reduces the risk of wear and increases precision, secondly, access to crimping is simplified, thanks to the possibility of disassembly, finally, the finish can be more neat.

Description
préambule des revendications indépendantes 1, 2 et 4.The present invention relates to a blind device
mobile, especially for timepieces, according to
preamble to
Such a device is described in patent CH-649,434 of the applicant. According to this document, the device comprises two lateral supports, parallel to the plane 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and welded on the corresponding sides of a rectangular middle a timepiece, each of these supports being provided with a closed circuit groove made around the trace formed between said face of the middle part and the face inside of the support. The blind itself is formed tubular elements interconnected, while the ends of these elements have wires guided in the grooves, the blind being thus movable above ice. The means of the device allow an execution relatively flat and are designed to equip in particular a high-end wristwatch.
However, the blind according to this prior art has two types of gaps that significantly reduce his interest.
Indeed, the wearer, when he operates the blind by means of the button mounted on the first tubular element for completely or partially cover or uncover the ice, must deplore the numerous risks of jamming and seizure of the blind, depending on the degree of precision of adjustment. In any event, the frequency of these disadvantages is quickly amplified due to a premature wear of the extremities (wires 17 above mentioned in CH-649.434 or washers chased on these wires) elements tubular and support grooves.
On the other hand, moving the blind in one direction or the other, following the movements of the wrist, is not controllable when said blind is not locked: or well the play of the wires or the washers in the grooves of slip is great, and unwanted displacements may repeat themselves to end when the curtain get stuck. Or the game is very fine, and the movements awning may not be untimely during wrist movements, but on the other hand, we will collide to the consequences of a seizure which will be established all the more faster than the sliding elements in contact are in gold.
In all cases, it can be seen that the functioning of the curtain according to the cited prior art leaves something to be desired.
The object of the invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, that is, on the one hand, to obtain a sliding of the curtain which is perfect and reliable, so as to meet the most demanding requirements draconian clientele and, on the other hand, correlatively, to master this function of sliding, so that any untimely movement of the curtain is impossible. The blind device being, as as we said, planned more particularly for a high watch range, we can observe that the search for solutions is all the more awkward that account should be taken of specific constraints, in addition to the constraints posed by generally by miniaturization (the implementation in the same way generally encountering problems increasing according to whether the dimensions of it are more reduced). Indeed, at least two difficulties additional appear: the first relates to the choice materials, which cannot be done arbitrarily, rules to be observed for this type of watch; the second relates to the aspect of aesthetics, since, if is essential that the operation of the device be flawless it is no less important than this function not only does not sacrifice imperatives dictated by this component, but on the contrary serves these, allowing to improve and vary the finishes, this at the best cost.
The objective is achieved thanks to the defined characteristics

1, 2 et 3).The
dessus la carrure et fixés à cette dernière par des vis 44.It can be seen in support of Figures 1 and 5 that the
Each
rainure 42. The
de dessous (non référencée) quatre taraudages 45 (Fig. 5).The bottom, shown only in section in Figure 3, has
also a generally rectangular shape and adjusts with
precision under the
The
(Fig. 1 et 3).Thanks to this modular arrangement, carried out with precision,
two closed blind guide circuits facing each other
each other are made up. Each circuit extends in a
plan parallel to the plan 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and envelope in some
so the middle, the two portions of
d'une bague 26.The awning is made up of juxtaposed
Finally, on each of the two rolling axes is mounted a
independent bearing 24 made of very high hardness material and
with very high self-lubricating power. According to the form
of execution described, the
brancards 3 (Fig. 3). The blind can thus evolve above the glass 13 (see
Fig. 1), so that you can cover it or leave it
totally or partially apparent, at will, the
operation being facilitated by a
(Fig. 2).
The position of the blind is maintained in any position
arbitrary wanted by the wearer, whatever
wrist movements, thanks to a brake device 7
(Fig. 2). The latter comprises a
Finally, the
Les avantages du dispositif selon l'invention, en comparaison avec l'antériorité citée, peuvent se dégager aisément:The advantages of the device according to the invention, in comparison with the cited prior art, can emerge easily:
First, in this prior art, the supports comprising the closed circuit groove were welded on the middle. In plus the imprecision of the welding, the high temperature of this had the effect of softening the material and modify the geometry of the parts, resulting, as we have said in the introduction, a risk of wear, seizure or jamming of the blind. Conversely, according to the invention, the supports, in the form of stretchers, are reported screwed. Of this fact, in the first place, they have a higher hardness, this which considerably reduces the risk of wear and increases precision, secondly, access to crimping is simplified, thanks to the possibility of disassembly, finally, the finish can be more neat.
Then, the ends of the curtain in contact with the grooves are no longer gold. Indeed, the washers cylindrical chased on the wires were deformed quickly, so that the operation became less less satisfactory and more and more unpleasant. grace with ruby bearings - ruby characterized by its great sliding power and high resistance to wear - the sliding is of optimal quality and this quality remains constant.
Finally, the development of a brake device, all the more necessary, precisely, that the sliding is of great quality, effectively maintains the curtain in any desired position.
