Description
Claims (3)
- Radialgebläse, insbesondere für Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen von Kraftfahrzeugen mit einem durch einen Elektromotor angetriebenen Lüfterrad und einem dieses umgebenden, spiralförmigen Gehäuse, welches eine in einen Saugraum mündende Lufteinlaßöffnung und eine vom Innenraum des Gehäuses nach außen führende Luftauslaßöffnung besitzt, wobei das der Luftansaugöffnung gegenüberliegende geschlossene Gehäuseteil des Gehäuses eine domartige Vertiefung aufweist, in der mindestens ein Teil des Elektromotors untergebracht ist, und wobei dieser domartigen Vertiefung eine schalenförmig ausgebildete Vertiefung der Tragscheibe des Lüfterrades zur Aufnahme des anderen Teiles des Elektromotors gegenüberliegt, wobei die Tragscheibe am radialen Außenbereich axial vom Elektromotor wegweisende erste Lüfterflügel und auf der Innenoberfläche zweite Lüfterflügel aufweist, durch welche ein Kühlluftstrom zur Kühlung des Elektromotors unter Erzeugung örtlicher Druckunterschiede innerhalb des den Elektromotor unmittelbar umgebenden Luftraumes im wesentlichen zirkulierend vom Hauptluftstrom in dem Spiralraum abgezweigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Lüfterflügel (31) an dem oberen Innenrand (35) auf der Innenoberfläche (29) der Tragscheibe (11), welche glatt und geschlossen ausgebildet ist, verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Radialgebläse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Innenoberfläche (29) angeordneten zweiten Lüfterflügel (31) dreieckförmige Formen aufweisen, von denen je ein erster Schenkel (53) jeweils parallel zur Antriebswelle (7) des Elektromotors (1) und der andere Schenkel (55) senkrecht zu dem ersten Schenkel (53) und in Verlängerung zu dem umlaufenden Rand (57) der Tragscheibe ausgerichtet angeordnet sind.
- Radialgebläse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagernabe des Lüfterrades einstückig ausgebildet ist und mit einem Ende gegenüber der Innenoberfläche des Bodens der Tragscheibe vorsteht, und daß als dritte Lüfterflügel (41) ausgebildete Versteifungsrippen zwischen dem freien Ende (37) der Lagernabe (9) und der Innenoberfläche (29) der Tragscheibe (11) im Boden (39) angeordnet sind.
