Description
procédé de fabrication d'un tel ensemble (revendication 15).The present invention relates to a support for a gripping member
as described in the preamble of
This set can be used in many areas, especially in the cosmetic, dermatological and pharmaceutical fields, for the packaging of creams, gels, powders, or even granules. he can also be used in the field of coatings, paints, glues and adhesives.
It is known to provide product packaging assemblies with an organ grip intended to take and possibly apply the product on a surface to be treated. This organ is generally made of inexpensive material, such as plastic or wood and is disposable. For practical reasons of hygiene and convenience, many packaging sets are provided with such gripping organ. In general, this gripping member is not integral container or even lid and is supplied in a separate sealed pouch, plastic for example, ensuring its cleanliness.
Such arrangements have several drawbacks: in fact, when manufacture of the packaging assembly, the flexibility of this pouch protection makes it impossible to automatically deposit it on the container or on its lid. These protective pouches containing the gripping member are therefore introduced manually into a case containing the container filled with product and closed. Such an operation increases the time and cost of production of these sets which must however be manufactured in very large quantities. In addition, this work is tedious for the personnel of conditioning.
In addition, the pouch, once opened during the first use of the gripping, cannot be reused and the gripping member is no longer protected from the outside (dust, projections, etc.) for the duration of its use, this can be spread over several weeks for a cosmetic product or food (mustard) for example.
It is also known to place the gripping member within the cover of the
container of the packaging assembly and protect it with a seal
tearable, as described in
It is also known from patent application EP-A-0 517 963 to place the organ gripping on a tearable lid over a container and covering the cover and the gripping member of a cover closing the container. But this arrangement has the same drawbacks as those described above.
There therefore remains the need for a set of packaging and application of a product, comprising a gripping member for this product, which is easily achievable on an industrial scale and especially carried out entirely automatic and which ensures the protection of this gripping member during throughout the duration of its use.
The present invention aims to satisfy this need.
1.The object of the invention is therefore a new support for a gripping member.
comprising an applicator part and a gripping part as defined in
The invention also relates to a new packaging assembly and application of a product, in particular a cosmetic product, comprising i) a container containing the product, ii) a product gripper and iii) a support of the gripping member according to the invention.
Advantageously, such a packaging assembly is used for cosmetic products.
The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a set of packaging and application according to the invention, this process comprising a step of automatically depositing the support according to the invention on the container or on the lid previously attached to the container.
Advantageously, the rigid support comprises means for holding the gripping member, such as for example a sleeve adapted to the gripping member, in particular delimited between a bottom and a cover. This scabbard can be made in a single piece. In particular, a housing formed at least partly in the bottom of the support and / or in the cover can be made in a form complementary to the gripping member. The scabbard, and in particular the housing formed in the bottom and / or in the cover of the support, constitutes a wiping element of the gripping member. If the product packaged is a cosmetic product intended to be taken with a spatula elongated shape, the bottom of the rigid support will have the shape of a boat intended to receive this spatula. The cover may be hinged to the bottom (or boat) at using a hinge and cover part of the bottom, in order to protect the part from the spatula used to collect and apply the product.
The holder and the lid of the container containing the product can be molded together and form one piece. The support can optionally be equipped with a skirt comprising fixing means making it possible to secure the holder and container. In this case, the support acts as a cover.
However, it is preferable to provide a cover independent of the support for close the container.
Such a packaging and application unit has the advantage of be able to be manufactured on an industrial scale very easily. Indeed, the rigidity of the support according to the invention allows the automation of its removal. The support being rigid, it can easily be grasped on an assembly line and deposited on the lid of the container inside the case in which will be delivered the entire packaging.
The rigid support can be produced by any usual known technique used to make the accessories, for example by injecting one or more materials: it can consist of one or more pieces made in the same material or in different materials. These different pieces can be assembled by gluing, clipping or even can be welded.
Advantageously, the material or materials constituting the support have a rigidity sufficient to allow automatic media distribution. In the sense of present invention, a rigid part means a part which does not deform under its own weight. Thus, the support according to the invention must not deform under its own weight. Materials particularly suitable for the invention can be any plastic material such as for example high density polyethylene, polypropylene or polyacetal. Incidentally, the support can be made of cardboard, or even of metal.
In addition to the possibility of mechanizing its removal, such a support has the advantage of ensuring the protection of the gripping member against outside before and for the duration of its use. He can also serve to gently wring the gripping member. Finally, this support is washable: it can be opened and easily cleaned.
- FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the rigid support of the invention with a spatula,
- FIG. 2 is a top view of the support according to the invention open and containing a spatula,
- FIG. 3 is a view of a packaging assembly according to the invention,
- FIG. 4 is a view of the support according to the invention constituting a cover of a container containing a product,
- FIG. 5 illustrates a method for measuring the flexural strength of a support according to the invention.
According to the embodiment of Figures 1 and 2, the rigid support referenced 1 in
its assembly includes a
Such a packaging unit preserves the cleanliness of the spatula during of its use and is very easy to use: with each use, the consumer removes the spatula from the rigid support by pulling it towards it. She can also, if desired, first open the support cover and then remove the spatula. Storing the spatula after use is also very simple: just clip it into the bottom of the support after opening or not opening the cover. The housings formed in the cover and in the bottom are adjusted so as to form a wiping element of the gripping member, in particular of the spatula. The user can thus use the hood to lightly wring the spatula. She can then open the hood completely to clean the media.
couvercle présentent une forme cylindrique.FIG. 3 shows the packaging assembly according to the invention,
referenced 19 as a whole, provided with the
former qu'une seule pièce.FIG. 4 shows the
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the elongation e of the
deformation undergone, under the action of a force of 10 Newton, by a support according to
the invention of length l equal to 58 mm, must not exceed 7 mm. Figure 5
illustrates the technique used by the applicant to measure this resistance to
bending of the support: the latter is held flat and embedded between two walls
fixed
Such a packaging unit can very easily be manufactured to scale
industrial. Indeed, the
