Die in den üblichen Normgrößen vorgefertigte Vorrichtung ist im Handumdrehen zuordbar. Es braucht lediglich der gewünschte Fensterausschnitt in der Dach-Unterspannbahn vorgenommen zu werden. Der Kehlbereich zwischen Fenster und Dachhaut fällt so faltenfrei und dicht aus. Überdies erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, daß der Faltzuschnitt aus einer einzigen, ebenflächigen Bahn besteht. Es brauchen lediglich die Gehrungsbereiche ausgeklinkt zu werden, wobei weiter so vorgegangen wird, daß die sich an die Gehrungsfreischnitte anschließenden Randzonen zu einem geschlossenen, den Folienkragen endlos umfassenden Ringabschnitt verbunden, vorzugsweise verklebt und/oder verschweißt sind. Der Gehrungsverlauf ist richtungsmäßig auf die abstehende Kragenform abgestimmt. Vorzugsweise ist der Faltzuschnitt aus einer Diffusionsfolie gebildet, so daß sich die Eigenschaften einer aus entsprechendem Material bestehenden Unterspannbahn im Übergang zum Fensterrahmen fortsetzen.
