Abstract

La pièce de bijouterie (10) peut notamment être une boucle d'oreille, un pendentif, un porte-clés, une bague, un bracelet ou un fermoir. Elle comporte un élément central (11) de forme sphérique et un élément périphérique (12) ayant par exemple une forme de portion d'anneau. Cet élément périphérique a une certaine élasticité et comporte un alésage central (13) d'un diamètre légèrement inférieur au diamètre de l'élément central. Une gorge concave (14) est réalisée sur le pourtour de l'alésage central, cette gorge formant des moyens de retenue (15) de l'élément central. Finalement, l'élément périphérique (12) comporte un organe de liaison (16) représenté sous la forme d'une chaînette et d'un crochet. Ainsi, l'élément central (11) est mobile dans l'élément périphérique (12) et peut être changé simplement en le pressant latéralement hors de l'alésage central.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne une pièce de bijouterie modulaire, notamment une boucle d'oreille, un pendentif, un porte-clés, une bague, un bracelet ou un fermoir, comportant un élément central au moins partiellement sphérique et au moins un élément périphérique pourvu d'un alésage central d'un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de l'élément central, et pouvant être placé autour de l'élément central.
  • Il existe actuellement différents types de bijoux modulaires et en particulier des bagues ou des colliers.
  • L'un de ces colliers est décrit dans le modèle d'utilité allemand publié sous le No. 295 00 204. Dans cette publication, une bille est maintenue par un élément périphérique gauche. Le fait que cet élément entoure presque complètement la bille et qu'il ne soit pas plan permet de retenir la bille. Dans cette réalisation, il faut que l'élément périphérique ait une grande rigidité pour maintenir la bille. En effet, si la rigidité de l'élément périphérique est insuffisante, la bille tombe. Ceci peut arriver facilement si la bille ou l'élément périphérique reste accroché à un vêtement lorsque le bijou est porté. D'autre part, la réalisation de cet élément périphérique est relativement complexe et donc coûteuse.
  • La présente invention se propose de pallier ces inconvénients et de réaliser une pièce de bijouterie modulaire particulièrement simple à fabriquer, et plus spécialement un bijou fantaisie modulaire.
  • Ce but est atteint par une pièce de bijouterie telle que définie en préambule et caractérisée en ce que l'élément périphérique est plan et comporte des moyens de retenue de l'élément central et en ce que cet élément central est mobile par rapport à l'élément périphérique.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation préférée, les moyens de retenue comportent une gorge de section transversale concave et disposée dans une zone de contact entre l'élément central et l'élément périphérique. Cette gorge est réalisée dans le bord de l'alésage central.
    Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, l'élément périphérique comporte une fente entre l'alésage central et une zone extérieure de l'élément périphérique.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier de l'invention, la fente a une largeur supérieure à l'épaisseur de l'élément périphérique.
  • L'élément périphérique est de préférence déformable de façon élastique, et l'élément central peut être engagé et dégagé de l'élément périphérique.
  • L'élément périphérique comporte avantageusement un organe de liaison.
  • Dans une forme de réalisation particulière dans laquelle la pièce est un fermoir, cette pièce comporte un élément central et deux éléments périphériques. Chacun des éléments périphériques est solidaire d'une extrémité de l'organe de liaison.
  • Selon une forme de réalisation particulière dans laquelle la pièce est une bague, l'élément périphérique est fixé à un anneau.
  • La présente invention sera mieux comprise en référence à différents modes de réalisation et aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue de face d'une pièce de bijouterie selon la présente invention représentant une boucle d'oreille,
    • la figure 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne A-A de la figure 1,
    • la figure 3 est une vue d'une pièce de bijouterie selon la présente invention représentant un porte-clés,
    • la figure 4 illustre une pièce de bijouterie selon la présente invention représentant un fermoir, et
    • la figure 5 illustre une pièce de bijouterie selon la présente invention, représentant une bague.
  • En référence aux figures 1 et 2, la pièce de bijouterie 10 comporte un élément central 11 de forme sphérique et un élément périphérique 12 ayant une forme de portion d'anneau. Cet élément périphérique comporte un alésage central 13 d'un diamètre légèrement inférieur au diamètre de l'élément central. Une gorge concave 14 est réalisée sur le pourtour de l'alésage central, cette gorge formant des moyens de retenue 15 de l'élément central. L'élément périphérique 12 comporte en outre un organe de liaison 16 représenté sous la forme d'une chaînette et d'un crochet et permettant de fixer la boucle d'oreille à l'oreille d'une utilisatrice. Finalement, cet élément périphérique est pourvu d'une fente 17 donnant à l'élément périphérique une certaine élasticité.
  • Grâce à cette élasticité, l'élément central 11 peut être changé simplement en le pressant latéralement hors de l'alésage central. L'élément central et l'élément périphérique peuvent avoir n'importe quelle couleur ou n'importe quelle texture et peuvent être réalisés en n'importe quelle matière présentant une certaine élasticité, de façon que l'élément central puisse être maintenu par l'élément périphérique tout en restant mobile. Cette réalisation permet de modifier facilement l'aspect de la boucle d'oreille en modifiant l'élément central.
  • La figure 3 illustre un porte-clés comportant également un élément central 11 et un élément périphérique 12. Comme dans le cas illustré par les figures 1 et 2, l'élément périphérique comporte un alésage central 13 dans lequel est réalisée une gorge concave 14 permettant de maintenir l'élément central en place. L'élément périphérique comporte également une fente 17 lui donnant une certaine élasticité, de façon que l'élément central 11 puisse être retiré ou introduit par simple pression.
  • Le mode de réalisation illustré par la figure 4 représente un fermoir 20 comportant un élément central 11 et deux éléments périphériques 12. L'élément central a une forme sphérique et les éléments périphériques ont une forme de portion d'anneau ayant un alésage central 13 d'un diamètre légèrement inférieur au diamètre de l'élément central. Chaque élément périphérique comporte une fente 17 ayant une largeur supérieure à l'épaisseur de l'autre élément périphérique et inférieure au diamètre de l'élément central 11. Chacun de ces éléments périphériques comporte également des moyens de retenue 15 de l'élément central, ces moyens étant constitués par exemple d'une gorge concave 14 réalisée sur le pourtour de l'alésage central 13. Les éléments périphériques sont liés aux deux extrémités d'une cordelette 22, d'une chaînette, d'une ceinture ou de tout autre élément de liaison souple. Lorsque l'on désire introduire un élément central 11 dans l'un des éléments périphériques 12, on presse cet élément central dans l'alésage 13 depuis une direction perpendiculaire au plan contenant l'élément périphérique. Pour fermer le fermoir 20, on place le deuxième élément périphérique 12 autour de l'élément central en poussant cet élément périphérique dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan qui le contient, de telle façon que les deux éléments périphériques 12 soient dans des plans sensiblement perpendiculaires.
  • Lorsque l'on tire sur les extrémités de la cordelette 22 dans des sens opposés, l'élément central 11 retient les deux éléments périphériques 12 et le fermoir ne peut pas être ouvert. Il peut être ouvert en déplaçant latéralement l'un des deux éléments périphériques 12.
  • La figure 5 représente une bague comportant un élément central 11, un élément périphérique 12 et une gorge concave 14 permettant de maintenir l'élément central tout en en lui permettant de tourner dans l'alésage central 13. L'élément périphérique est solidaire d'un anneau 30 destiné à être placé autour d'un doigt d'un utilisateur. Dans ce mode de réalisation, l'élément périphérique a une fente 17 suffisamment grande pour que l'on puisse voir l'élément central, mais suffisamment petit pour maintenir l'élément central de façon efficace. Dans ce but, l'angle plan ayant pour sommet le centre de l'élément central et passant par les bords des zones de contact entre l'élément périphérique et l'élément central doit être supérieur à 180° du côté de l'anneau.
  • La présente invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits, mais s'étend à toute modification évidente pour l'homme du métier. La pièce de bijouterie peut être réalisée en différentes matières telles qu'en or, en argent, en acier, en une matière synthétique, en bois ou en pierre. La forme de l'élément central n'est pas limitée à une sphère, mais peut être quelconque pour autant qu'elle s'adapte à la forme de l'alésage de l'élément périphérique. Cet élément central peut être partiellement sphérique et comporter une zone plane. Il peut également être formé de deux demi-sphères. D'autre part, cet élément central peut être associé à une image, telle qu'un logo publicitaire ou représenter un objet tel qu'un ballon notamment. L'aspect de la pièce de bijouterie peut ainsi facilement être modifié en jouant sur la forme, la couleur, la texture ou la matière des différents éléments qui la compose. Ces différents éléments peuvent notamment être réalisés par usinage ou par moulage.
  • La pièce de bijouterie selon la présente invention peut être une boucle d'oreille, un pendentif, un porte-clés, une bague, un bracelet ou un fermoir comme cela a été mentionné précédemment. Cette pièce peut également être utilisée comme collier ou comme bouton de manchette. Il est en outre possible de réaliser un réseau de pièces en reliant un élément périphérique à plusieurs autres éléments périphériques par l'intermédiaire de chaînettes. Ce réseau peut par exemple être utilisé comme objet décoratif ou comme pièce d'habillement. L'aspect de ce réseau peut être modifié en changeant l'élément central retenu par chacun des éléments périphériques.

Claims (10)

  1. Pièce de bijouterie modulaire, notamment boucle d'oreille, pendentif, porte-clés, bague, bracelet ou fermoir, comportant un élément central au moins partiellement sphérique et au moins un élément périphérique pourvu d'un alésage central d'un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de l'élément central, et pouvant être placé autour de l'élément central, caractérisée en ce que l'élément périphérique (12) est plan et comporte des moyens de retenue (15) de l'élément central (11) et en ce que cet élément central est mobile par rapport à l'élément périphérique.
  2. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue (15) comportent une gorge (14) de section transversale concave et disposée dans une zone de contact entre l'élément central (11) et l'élément périphérique (12).
  3. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la gorge (14) est réalisée dans le bord de l'alésage central (13).
  4. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément périphérique (12) comporte une fente (17) entre l'alésage central et une zone extérieure de l'élément périphérique.
  5. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la fente (17) a une largeur supérieure à l'épaisseur de l'élément périphérique.
  6. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément périphérique est déformable de façon élastique, et en ce que l'élément central peut être engagé et dégagé de l'élément périphérique.
  7. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément périphérique (11) comporte un organe de liaison (16).
  8. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle cette pièce est un fermoir, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un élément central (11) et deux éléments périphériques (12).
  9. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que chacun des éléments périphériques (12) est solidaire d'une extrémité de l'organe de liaison (16).
  10. Pièce de bijouterie selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle cette pièce est une bague, caractérisée en ce que l'élément périphérique (12) est fixé à un anneau (30).
