Abstract

Die Lasche (2) hat auf ihrer dem Clip (7) zugekehrten Oberseite einen umgefalteten, hochstehenden Streifen (5), der in der Einsteckposition der Lasche (2) mit seinem hochstehenden Ende in die Vertiefung (11) einrastbar und entgegen der Einsteckrichtung an dem Clip (7) abstützbar ist. Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schild zur Kennzeichnung von Schreibgeräten, die mit einem Clip versehen sind, der auf seiner dem Schreibgerät zugekehrten Unterseite eine sich in Längsrichtung des Clips erstreckende Vertiefung aufweist.The invention relates to a label for marking writing instruments which are provided with a clip which has a depression extending in the longitudinal direction of the clip on its underside facing the writing instrument.
Im Handel besteht das Bedürfnis, Schreibgeräte mit einem Schild zu kennzeichnen, auf dem neben den Kenndaten des Schreibgeräts der Kaufpreis und ein maschinenlesbarer Strichcode wiedergegeben werden kann. Die Anbringung eines solchen Schilds an dem jeweiligen Schreibgerät soll möglichst einfach sein und vor allem sollen hochwertige Schreibgeräte durch die Anbringung des Schilds nicht beschädigt werden. Weiterhin soll das mit dem Schreibgerät verbundene Schild in einer vorgegebenen Position fixierbar sein, die optisch ansprechend und zum Lesen des Schilds günstig ist.In the trade there is a need to mark writing instruments with a label on which the purchase price and a machine-readable bar code can be reproduced in addition to the characteristics of the writing instrument. Das erfindungsgemäße Schild läßt sich durch einen einfachen Steckvorgang mit dem Schreibgerät verbinden. Hierbei wird die Lasche in den Freiraum unter dem Clip geschoben, wobei der hochstehende Lappen oder Streifen nach unten gedrückt wird und in eine Position unter dem Clip gelangt, in der er entgegen der Einsteckrichtung an dem Clip abstützbar ist. Da der Lappen oder Streifen das Bestreben hat, sich wieder aufzurichten, rastet er bei Erreichen der Vertiefung im Clip in diese ein und verhindert dadurch nach Art einer Sperrklinke, daß die Lasche wieder aus dem Freiraum herausgezogen werden kann. In dieser Stellung wird das Schild durch den Lappen oder Streifen durch die Anlagekanten und durch die von der Kuppe und dem Befestigungssteg des Clips gebildeten seitlichen Begrenzungen in seiner Lage fixiert, wobei es im wesentlichen tangential zum Schreibgerät ausgerichtet ist und dadurch von beiden Seiten gut gelesen werden kann. Das Schild liegt in seiner Befestigungsstellung nur lose an dem Schreibgerät und dem Clip an und benötigt keine adhäsiven Befestigungsmittel durch die das Schreibgerät beschmutzt oder beschädigt werden könnte. Als Material-streifen zur Herstellung des Schilds wird vorzugsweise Pappe oder ein vergleichbar weiches Material verwendet, durch das die Oberfläche des Schreibgeräts ebenfalls nicht beschädigt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß kann der hochstehende Lappen auch durch einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Einschnitt in der Lasche gebildet und um eine die offenen Enden des U-förmigen Einschnitts verbindende Biegelinie hochgestellt oder umgefaltet sein. Das in Figur 2 dargestellte Schild 1 von rechteckiger Grundform weist an seiner linken Seite eine Lasche 2 und beiderseits der Lasche 2 gegenüber dieser zurückspringende Anlagekanten 3, 4 auf. Der äußere, sich in Längsrichtung des Schilds 1 erstreckende Randstreifen 5 der Lasche 2 ist um eine zur Seitenkante 6 des Schilds 1 parallele Biegelinie aus der Zeichnungsebene nach oben abgekantet und zur Laschenmitte hin soweit umgebogen, daß er in einem Winkel von etwa 45° zum Schild 1 geneigt ist. In Längsrichtung des Randstreifens 5 entspricht die Abmessung der Lasche 2 der Länge des Freiraums zwischen dem Clip 7 und der Oberfläche der Kappe 8 des in Figur 1 dargestellten Füllhalters 9. Das eine Ende dieses Freiraums wird durch den Befestigungssteg 10 des Clips 7 und das andere Ende durch die nicht sichtbare Clipkuppe am freien Ende des Clips 7 begrenzt.The
Zu seiner Befestigung an der Kappe 8 wird das Schild 1 mit der Lasche 2 in den Freiraum unter dem Clip 7 gesteckt, wobei der Randstreifen 5 der Unterseite des Clips 7 zugekehrt ist. Der Clip 7 weist auf seiner Unterseite eine Vertiefung 11 in Form einer Längsrille auf, in die der Randstreifen 5 mit seiner Stirnkante eingreift, wenn die Lasche 2 soweit unter den Clip 7 geschoben wird, bis die Anlagekanten 3, 4 an dem Befestigungssteg 10 und der Clipkuppe anliegen. Nachdem der Randstreifen 5 in die Vertiefung 11 eingegriffen hat, läßt sich die Lasche 2 ohne Zerstörung des Randstreifens 5 entgegen der Einsteckrichtung nicht mehr unter dem Clip 7 herausziehen. Vielmehr ist der Randstreifen 5 beim Ziehen an dem Schild 1 durch seine geneigte Lage bestrebt, sich aufzurichten, wodurch er zwischen dem Clip 7 und der Kappe 8 eingeklemmt wird und eine vergleichsweise hohe Haltekraft erzeugt. In Längsrichtung des Clip 7 wird das Schild 1 durch die Lasche 2 und den Randstreifen 5 gehalten, da diese sich an den Befestigungssteg 10 und der Clipkuppe abstützen, wobei die Abstützung an der Clipkuppe durch den hochstehenden Randstreifen 5 noch verbessert wird. Das Schild 1 wird somit in einer vorgegebenen Ausrichtung und ausreichend fest an der Kappe 8 des Füllhalters 9 fixiert, wobei es in tangentialer Richtung von der Kappe 8 absteht, so daß seine Oberseite und seine Unterseite gelesen werden können. Auf der besser sichtbaren Oberseite können wie in der Zeichnung gezeigt, Kenndaten des Füllhalters und der Kaufpreis angegeben sein. Der Lappen 26 ist hierbei so angeordnet, daß seine hochstehende Vorderkante 28 den Anlagekanten 23, 24 gegenüberliegt.
