Nerkkarte for price and / or other information for attachment to TegtiI products. The invention relates to a memory card made of a single piece, for example cardboard, for price and / or other information, for fastening to textile products with a lip punched from the card material to be pressed around a transverse edge outside the plane of the card which fits into the opening of the card body and which lip after which the memo card has been attached to a textile product,
by inserting the textile product under the lip and then pressing the lip together with the textile material through the opening of the card downwards, with an edge part behind the corresponding edge part of the opening in the card body.
Such a card is known, a groove being pressed into the card body next to the lip, through which the card body is shortened in relation to the lip and a support edge is formed for the lower edge of the lip. If there is no groove in the card body on this card, the lip will immediately spring back when the fabric is pulled. If the gutter is provided, this will not take place, but then it is still possible to slide the card along the fabric. The sharp corners of the lip will cut into the fabric because these cards are mostly used for very thin fabrics such as silk, nettle cloth, etc.
In order to be able to offer some resistance to being torn away, the lip would have to be made from a fairly strong material. But then there is the risk that when the lip is pushed through it kinks, which reduces the ability to hold on again. This is also the case when the lip is made of thin material.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that the lower half of the lip ends on both sides in an outwardly directed approach, the upper boundary line of which extends obliquely upwards from the outside to the axis of symmetry of the lip, so that the lip of the textile product attached card with the sloping upper edges of the approaches behind the corresponding sloping edges of the opening in the card.
It should also be noted that a card is also known with a lip punched from the card material, which card is attached to a textile product in the same way as that according to the invention and whose lip also has lateral extensions, the upper edges of which towards the axis of symmetry towards the lip run diagonally upwards. Here, however, the edge of the opening in the card is not adapted to the inclined edges of the lateral approaches of the lip, so that the lip of the card attached to the textile product does not, as with the card according to the invention, reach behind the edges of the opening in the card . So the lip will spring back when the fabric is pulled.
The lower edge of the lip can expediently have a convexly curved shape. What is achieved by the invention is that the lip can be short and made of thin material, but is strong, and that paper is saved.
In the drawing, an embodiment is shown, for example according to the invention and show FIGS. 1 and 2, respectively, a front. Side view of a memo card.
The memory card shown consists of a single piece of hard cardboard 1, the front side of which is used to attach the necessary indications. A lip 7 is punched out of the upper half of the card, which is free on three sides and remains connected to the card material on one side 3.
The lip 7 is provided with two outwardly directed lugs 8, which have an inclined upper edge 9 which extends obliquely upward from the outside according to the axis of symmetry of the lip. The lower edge 11 is convexly curved, but it can have any other shape. In the upper edge of the lip a groove 12 is pressed, through which the edges 9 and 11 project the corresponding edges 13 and 14 of the card body opposite. In this way, when pushed onto the fabric, the lugs 8 come to rest with their edges 9 under the edges 18, with the result that the lip is locked in the card body.
The fabric is held in place by the edges 13 and 9 and will not be damaged, especially if the ends of the approaches are still rounded.
The channel 12 can also be dispensed with. In this case, the lip of the card attached to the fabric is due to the fact that the fabric is between the lip and the card body and the lip is bent so that the edges 9 can be moved upwards slightly with respect to the edges 13 of the opening in the card .
