Claims (10)
- Machine de thermoformage, de remplissage et de fermeture étanche de récipients en matière plastique comprenant chacun au moins deux compartiments juxtaposés (34, 38) destinés à recevoir des produits différents, tels que des produits alimentaires par exemple, la machine comprenant des moyens (14) de thermoformage des récipients dans un film (12) de matière thermoplastique, des moyens de dosage d'un premier produit dans les premiers compartiments (34) des récipients, des moyens (18) de fermeture étanche de ces premiers compartiments, des moyens (20) de dosage d'un second produit dans les seconds compartiments (38) des récipients, des moyens (22) de fermeture étanche de ces seconds compartiments, des moyens de découpe (24) pour séparer des récipients ou des groupes de récipients du fil (12)de matière thermoplastique et des moyens de guidage d'au moins une bande (28) de matière souple et étanche destinée à former des couvercles ou opercules de fermeture des compartiments (34, 38) précités, lesdits compartiments formant des files parallèles de compartiments dans la machine, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage comprennent :des moyens (32) prévus entre les moyens (16) de dosage du premier produit et les moyens (18) de fermeture étanche des premiers compartiments (34) pour amener une première bande ou partie de bande (28, 42) au dessus de la file des premiers compartiments (34) en vue de leur fermeture,des moyens (46, 52) prévus en amont des moyens (20) de dosage du second produit pour éloigner une seconde bande ou partie de bande (44, 62) de la file des seconds compartiments (38) des récipients en vue du dosage du second produit,et des moyens (48, 50, 54, 56) agencés entre les moyens (20) de dosage du second produit et les moyens (22) de fermeture étanche des seconds compartiments (38) pour amener ladite seconde bande ou partie de bande sur la file des seconds compartiments (38) en vue de leur fermeture,
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (40) de découpe longitudinale d'une bande (28) précitée en au moins deux bandes parallèles (42, 44) servant respectivement à la fermeture des premiers et des seconds compartiments (34, 38) des récipients thermoformés.
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de découpe de bande (40) sont agencés en amont des moyens de guidage précités.
- Machine selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de support d'une bobine (30) de la bande (28) précitée, et des rouleaux de renvoi (32) agencés entre la bobine (30) ou les moyens de découpe (40) et les moyens de guidage précités.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins deux bobines de bande précitée, agencées pour dérouiller des bandes parallèles de fermeture des premiers et des seconds compartiments respectivement des récipients thermoformés.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage précités sont des rouleaux (32, 46, 48, 50) agencés transversalement au dessus des récipients thermoformés.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, en amont et au niveau des moyens (20) de dosage du second produit, des moyens (52, 54, 66, 68) de relevage d'au moins un bord longitudinal (62) de la bande (28) précitée pour libérer l'accès aux seconds compartiments (38) des récipients.
- Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de relevage comprennent des guides (52, 54) comprenant des fentes (60) de passage d'au moins un bord longitudinal (62) de ladite bande (28).
- Machine selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de relevage comprennent des rouleaux (66, 68) de guidage de la bande (28) en amont des moyens (18) de fermeture des premiers compartiments, ces rouleaux ayant des extrémités coniques (70) ou une longueur inférieure à la largeur de la bande (28) pour permettre le relevage des bords (62) de la bande sans étirage ni déformation plastique de celle-ci.
- Machine selon une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de relevage comprennent des cylindres (72) de guidage des bords (62) de la bande (28), les cylindres étant inclinés par rapport au sens de déplacement de la bande pour assurer un relevage de ses bords par effet d'hélice.
