Claims (7)
- Prägefolie, insbesondere Heissprägefolie, bestehend aus einem Trägerfilm (1 ) und einer von diesem ablösbaren Übertragungslage (8), welche - ausgehend vom Trägerfilm (1) - zumindest eine transparente Schutzlackschicht (3), einen von wenigstens einer Schicht gebildeten, Dekorations- oder Sicherungselemente (4) umfassenden Dekorschichtaufbau sowie eine zur Festlegung der Übertragungslage auf einem Substrat dienende Klebeschicht (7) aufweist, wobei zwischen Trägerfilm (1) und Übertragungslage (8) eine Ablöseschicht (2) vorgesehen ist, die nur bereichsweise und passerhaltig zur Klebeschicht (7) vorgesehen ist, welche nur bereichsweise und passerhaltig zu den nur bereichsweise ausgebildeten Dekorations- oder Sicherungselementen (4) der Übertragungslage (8) vorgesehen ist, während die Schutzlackschicht (3) den Trägerfilm (1) vollflächig abdeckt.
- Prägefolie nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablöseschicht (2) die Bereiche der Klebeschicht (7) und/oder die Dekorations- oder Sicherungselemente (4) allseits um wenigstens 0,2 mm überragt. - Prägefolie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzlackschicht von einem Lack gebildet ist, der an dem Trägerfilm (1) ausserhalb der von der Ablöseschicht (2) bedeckten Bereiche gut haftet. - Prägefolie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorations- oder Sicherungselemente von in der Schutzlackschicht (3) auf deren dem Trägerfilm (1) abgekehrter Seite (5) ausgebildeten, beugungsoptisch wirksamen, räumlichen Strukturen (4) gebildet sind, die passerhaltig zur Klebeschicht (7) angeordnet sind. - Prägefolie nach Ansprüch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die räumlichen Strukturen (4) aufweisende Seite (5) der Schutzlackschicht (3) eine Beschichtung (6) aufweist, deren optische Egenschaften sich von denen der Schutzlackschicht (3) unterscheiden. - Prägefolie nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (6) von einem reflektierenden Material, vorzugsweise Metall gebildet ist. - Prägefolie nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (6) vollflächig vorgesehen ist.
