Abstract

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung stellen ein Dreifachsäulensystem dar, das eine Hochdrucksäule (7), eine Mitteldrucksäule (8) und eine Niederdrucksäule (9) aufweist. Einsatzluft (1) wird auf einen ersten Druck verdichtet (2). Ein erster Teil (101, 103, 104) der verdichteten Einsatzluft (3) wird in die Hochdrucksäule (7) eingeleitet, nachdem er auf einen zweiten Druck verdichtet (5, 102) wurde, der mindestens gleich dem Betriebsdruck der Hochdrucksäule (7) ist. Ein zweiter Teil (201, 202) der verdichteten Einsatzluft (3) wird in die Mitteldrucksäule (8) eingespeist. Ein dritter Teil (301, 303, 304) der verdichteten Einsatzluft (3) wird arbeitsleistend entspannt (305) und anschließend in die Niederdrucksäule (9) eingespeist (306). Die Sumpffraktionen (18; 26) aus Hochdrucksäule (7) und Mitteldrucksäule (8) werden mindestens zum Teil in die Niederdrucksäule eingeführt (19, 20; 28, 29). Die stickstoffangereicherten Kopffraktionen (10; 21) aus Hochdrucksäule (7) und Mitteldrucksäule (8) werden kondensiert (11; 22). Dabei gewonnenes Kondensat (13; 24) wird als Rücklauf in die Niederdrucksäule (9) eingespeist (15, 16; 25). Der erste Druck ist dabei niedriger als der Betriebsdruck der Mitteldrucksäule (8). Der zweite Teil der Einsatzluft wird von dem ersten Druck auf einen dritten Druck verdichtet (5), der mindestens gleich dem Betriebsdruck der Mitteldrucksäule (8), aber niedriger als der zweite Druck ist.
