Claims (7)
- Ziehvorrichtung für eine Presse, mit einem Ziehstößel und mit einem Blechhalter, in welchem ein Blech haltbar ist, wobei auf das Blech eine der Ziehrichtung entgegenwirkende Haltekraft über eine parallel zur Ziehrichtung verschiebbare Kolbenstange (4) aufbringbar ist, wobei eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist, durch die vor dem Aufsetzen des Ziehstößels auf den Blechhalter der Blechhalter in Ziehrichtung beschleunigbar ist, und mit einem pressenfesten Vorbeschleunigungszylinder (5) mit einem mit der Kolbenstange wirkverbundenen Vorbeschleunigungskolben (6) mit unterschiedlich großen, entgegengesetzt wirkenden ersten und zweiten Wirkflächen (9, 10), wobei der Vorbeschleunigungszylinder einen ersten und einen zweiten Druckraum (7, 8) aufweist und die entgegengesetzt zur Ziehrichtung wirkende erste Wirkfläche (9) des Vorbeschleunigungskolbens größer vorgesehen ist als die zweite Wirkfläche (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der erste und der zweite Druckraum (7,8) des Vorbeschleunigungszylinders (5) mit einem Druckspeicher (11) und der erste Druckraum (7) zusätzlich mit einem Dosierzylinder (15) verbindbar sind, in welchem ein Dosierkolben (16) verschiebbar geführt ist, wobei parallel zu der Kolbenstange (4) ein pressenfester Vorlaufzylinder (17) mit einer Vorlaufkolbenstange (18) und einem von der Vorlaufkolbenstange (18) getrennten Vorlaufkolben (19) vorgesehen ist, und wobei zwischen der Vorlaufkolbenstange (18) und dem Vorlaufkolben (19) ein gesteuert aus dem Vorlaufzylinder (17) abführbares erstes Druckmittelvolumen (20) vorgesehen und von dem Vorlaufkolben (19) ein zweites Druckmittelvolumen (21) aus dem Vorlaufzylinder (17) verdrängbar ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Vorbeschleunigungskolben (6) konzentrisch zur Kolbenstange (4) angeordnet ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an dem von dem Blechhalter abgewandten Ende der Kolbenstange (4) ein Anschlag (36) zum Begrenzen der Ziehtiefe angebracht ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Anschlag als verstellbares Anschlagglied (36) ausgebildet ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das von dem Vorlaufkolben (19) verdrängte zweite Druckmittelvolumen (21) in einen weiteren Druckspeicher (22) förderbar ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen dem ersten Druckraum (7) in dem Vorbeschleunigungszylinder (5) und dem Dosierzylinder (15) ein Proportionalventil (14) vorgesehen ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das erste Druckmittelvolumen (20) zwischen der Vorlaufkolbenstange (18) und dem Vorlaufkolben (19) über ein weiteres Proportionalventil (23) abführbar ist.
