Claims (7)
- Ventil- oder Drosselvorrichtung in einer Leitung zum Zuführen einer Stoffsuspension zum Stoffauflauf einer Papiermaschine mit folgendem Merkmal:1.1 es ist ein im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrischer, flüssigkeitsdurchströmter Hohlkörper vorgesehen;1.2 die Ventil- oder Drosselvorrichtung (1) umfaßt eine Engstelle (3);1.3 es ist eine Hauptströmungsrichtung im Hohlkörper vorgesehen, die im wesentlichen axial mit der Längsachse des Hohlkörpers verläuft; die Vorrichtung (1) ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:1.4 es ist eine Flüssigkeitszuführung (4) vorgesehen, derart, daß der Flüssigkeit durch bezogen auf die Hauptströmungsrichtung seitliches Einführen eine Rotationskomponente im Bereich der engsten Stelle (3) um die Hauptströmrichtung zugefügt wird, so daß Verstopfungen vermieden werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Hohlkörper eine veränderbare, im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrische Durchtrittsfläche aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Flüssigkeitszuführung (4) zur Ventil- bzw. Drosselvorrichtung (1) tangential in einen zylindrisch ausgebildeten Raum vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die fluidbenetzten Oberflächen der Ventil- bzw. Drosselvorrichtung (1) zumindest teilweise mit einer Struktur versehen sind, die eine Rotation der Flüssigkeit hervorruft, insbesondere geeignete Kugelelemente, die die Richtung der zugeführten Strömung im gesamten Raumwinkel ändern. - Verfahren zur Reduktion der Verstopfungsneigung einer Ventil- oder Drosselvorrichtung (1) mit einer Engstelle (3) vorgesehen in einer Leitung (4) zum Zuführen einer Stoffsuspension zum Stoffauflauf einer Papiermaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Flüssigkeit im Bereich der Engstelle (3) eine Rotationskomponente durch bezüglich der Hauptströmrichtung seitliches Einführen zugefügt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Suspensionsströmung tangential zur Hohlraumachse des Hohlraums der Ventil- oder Drosselvorrichtung (1) zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
durch die zugeführte Rotationskomponente jegliche Faserwischbildung vermieden wird.
