Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Falten von Zuschnitten basierend auf einem Paar Antriebsriemen : einer (40) einen oberen gewundenen Teil zum Falten (a) und einer (50) einen entsprechenden unteren ebenen Teil (a') umfassend, wobei diese Vorrichtung an Stelle einer Beleimungsvorrichtung, welche ein durch eine Antriebswelle (34) in Drehung gebrachtes Beleimungsrad umfasst, installiert werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die Form eines abnehmbaren Moduls aufweist, integrierend Mittel zum Anhängen (24) an den Maschinenrahmen (10), zwei Serien von Riemenscheiben, die mit einer (30) oder zwei Antriebstrommeln die jeweilige Strecke des Riemens mit gewundenem Teil und des Riemens mit entsprechendem ebenen Teil bestimmt, sowie Verbindungsmittel (32) der Trommel oder Trommeln (30) mit der Antriebswelle (34) des Beleimungsrades.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Modul eine vertikale ebene Hauptstütze (20) umfasst, deren Aussenfläche (23) die Mittel zum Anhängen (24) an den Maschinenrahmen (10) umfasst, und deren Innenfläche (22) die zwei Serien von Riemenscheiben und die Antriebstrommel (30) oder -trommeln der zwei Riemen (40, 50) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche (22) der Hauptstütze (20) des Moduls nur eine einzige Trommel (30) zum Antreiben der Riemen (40, 50) Seite an Seite trägt, wobei diese Hauptstütze einen Durchlass für die Antriebswelle (34) des Beleimungsrades zur direkten Verbindung mit der Nabe der Trommel (30) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptstütze (20) eine stromaufwärtige Verlängerung (21) der Strecke des gewundenen Teils (a) des Riemens (40) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Modul (100) eine zweite vertikale ebene Stütze (28) umfasst, welche parallel zur Hauptstütze (20) und gegenüber der Strecke des Riemens mit ebenem Teil (50) angeordnet ist, von welchem Riemen sie die Führungsriemenscheiben trägt.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptstütze (20) an ihrem oberen Rand Mittel zum Greifen und/oder Heben (26) umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Aussenfläche (23) der Hauptstütze (20) des Moduls (100) gehörenden Mittel zum Anhängen an den Rahmen die Form einer horizontalen Platte (24) aufweisen, welche sich auf die Oberfläche eines Rahmenstückes (10) stützt, wobei diese Platte eine oder mehrere Nuten oder Schlitze (25) aufweist, welche von Befestigungsmitteln der Platte an das Stück durchquert werden, wobei die Länge der Nuten und Schlitze ein Einstellen der Position des Moduls (100) vor dem Klemmen der Befestigungsmittel erlaubt.
