Abstract

Ein als Gapformer betriebener Doppelsiebformer (3) mit einem Innensieb (4) und einem Außensieb (5) enthält im initialen Formierbereich eine Formierwalze (8) mit mindestens 800 mm Durchmesser. Nach dem Ablaufen der Siebe von der Formierwalze gelangen sie in eine mit Formierleisten (10, 11) versehenen Bereich, in dem die Siebe relativ steil abwärts laufen. Die so gebildete obere Lage (6) wird auf eine untere Lage (7) abgelegt, die auf dem Primärlangsieb (2) bereits gebildet wurde.
