Claims (7)
- Casque d'écoute du type comportant deux haut-parleurs (9, 10) logés chacun dans une coquille (3, 4) et reliés par un cordon de liaison (5), les deux coquilles (3, 4) étant reliées par un arceau (26) déformable élastiquement et présentant une forme générale de "U" muni à chacune de ses extrémités d'un logement s'ouvrant par une fenêtre dirigée vers un plan transversal perpendiculaire au plan de l'arceau en forme de "U", caractérisé en ce que les coquilles (3, 4) sont constituées par raccordement définitif d'une coque extérieure (27) et d'une coque intérieure (28) complémentaire et forment avec l'arceau (26) une pièce monolithique (1) en matière plastique moulée, et en ce qu'il comporte un cordon de connexion (14) protégé par un tuyau flexible (15) formé par un enroulement spiral d'une lame métallique dont l'une des extrémités est solidaire de la pièce monolithique (1).
- Casque d'écoute selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la pièce monolithique (1) est constituée d'une pièce moulée présentant une partie centrale (36) en forme d'arceau, ladite partie centrale (36) étant prolongée à chaque extrémité par une partie annulaire (37), et en ce que lesdites coques (27, 28) sont raccordées définitivement sur ladite partie annulaire (37).
- Casque d'écoute selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que la pièce monolithique (1) incorpore une armature métallique (2) surmoulée.
- Casque d'écoute selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la lame métallique du tuyau flexible (15) est solidarisé avec ladite armature métallique (2).
- Casque d'écoute selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que chacun des logements des haut-parleurs (9, 10) est recouvert par une membrane étanche et par une grille rigide solidarisée avec la pièce monolithique.
- Casque d'écoute selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moyen inclus dans la pièce monolithique (1) propre à coopérer avec une borne de contrôle pour déclencher une alarme.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un casque d'écoute par moulage d'une pièce monolithique présentant une forme générale de "U" et comprenant un faisceau de câblage traversant un arceau (26) caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise ladite pièce monolithique en matière plastique, que l'on dispose dans deux logements prévus chacun à cet effet aux extrémités de l'arceau (26), les haut-parleurs (9, 10), en ce que l'on solidarise l'extrémité de la lame qui engendre par son enroulement spiral un tuyau flexible avec une armature métallique (2) surmoulée dans l'arceau, en ce que l'on obture les logements des haut-parleurs (9, 10) avec des membranes étanches et en ce que l'on referme chacun desdits logements avec une grille rigide.
